Put a hole in seat and tried to say it was dry rot. And they still charged full price. Not at all a professional finish.

Our couch has three cushions, one of which had a tear. The best solution was to replace the top leather from all three cushions so they matched. When I asked how long this would take, and then explained the couch is in near constant use, they told me that if I could drop them off during the morning, the cushions would be ready before closing. On the appointed day, I did as requested, and my wife was there shortly before closing. Stellar service. Stellar product. Stellar folks.

Arthur and Bobbi and true craftsmen. They did amazing work on my loveseat cushions and my mom's bench. I am so glad I decided to have my mom's bench restored, as she passed away recently. Now this piece is a family heirloom. Sadly I was unable to upload my jpg photos to share more.

The craftsmen at Rideout's Upholstery are outstanding in their knowledge, skill, and attitude. A few years ago, I had a beautiful antique chair upholstered at another place. Recently, a friend sat in this chair and the seat of the chair collapsed. It turns out that, while the other business did a fine job covering the seat, the workmen there did not properly craft the seat's underpinnings. Mr. Rideout completed the job. Three cheers for Rideout's! We are so fortunate to have such a business in Bangor.
