Jordan Hilms at Quirk Subaru was an absolute pleasure to work with, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service in the car industry. Jordan helped get me into my dream car and the process was very smooth and efficient. Even though this dealership is 2 hours away from me, they now have a forever customer! This dealership has always been very good to me. I’ve taken my Subarus here since I bought my first one in 2014. The maintenance staff is wonderful to work with and so is the sales staff. They are very open and patient. They answer all my questions truthfully. The bend over backward to make you experience with them exceptional. Mike Munster is a wonderful consultant to have when you’re buying a car. He wants to make sure you drive away happy and satisfied. You can’t go wrong by using this dealership.

I love my Subaru! Jordan was great and made the experience of buying a car enjoyable. Kevin helped us navigate the financing process. They were both patient and answered all of our questions. This is the 5th car we have bought from Quirk and we will definitely go to them in the future.

We completed our purchase of a new vehicle (an Ascent) in the most efficient amount of time we have ever experienced but with all of our questions answered. Our sales person, Tyler, took very good care of us. He offered is a fair deal and upon our agreement, his handoff to his credit manager went smoothly. She was fully prepared to easily and efficiently take us through the paperwork necessary to purchase, even correcting a name I had incorrectly entered after reviewing the correct name as shown on my drivers license.
Tyler had our requested tow package installed on the vehicle within 24 hours after our purchase was completed and spent the time with us in the vehicle upon our return to take possession to fully explain the various features of the information screen technology that we might have taken weeks to find on our own. His was the most complete “training session” we have ever experienced in all our years of buying new cars. In sum, we are thoroughly satisfied with our new vehicle and with the way we were treated during our purchase transaction at Quirk Subaru in Bangor.

Car had a problem under Subaru warranty
Took me in right away, as opposed to 2 weeks out for appointment availability
Turned out to take 4 hours to repair
Got me back on the road on a Friday afternoon
Who else would step up and take care of their new customers like that.
Highly recommended, service manager is a compassionate professional who takes care of his people and customers
Everyone there from the service advisors to the tech and service manager work well to get my repair done and back on the road!!!
They took the time and made the effort.

Buying a car here was a pleasant experience- sales person was friendly & not pushy- helped set up the touchscreen features. I decided I wanted a car (still kept my Toyota Tacoma)- needed something newer w/better gas mileage for all of the treks I do across Maine listing & selling real estate. Subaru is a great product. I'm still in the learning curve w/all of the abundant electronic features. The Crosstrek is just the right size !
