I was ready to purchase, a great and fair price had been agreed upon. When it came to my trade in they offered less than half the Blue Book price. I took my vehicle to other dealers and was offered 3x that amount from both of them. Trying to cheat customers on trade in values is not acceptable.
I DO GIVE 5 STARS TO THE SALES PERSON TYLER. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.

I was very pleased and very happy with all and hope any service done in future go as well as this was. Tyler was great sales person and Chris was kind and patient with showing me all about the vehicle and set up on phone. The financial person was helpful in getting us an extended warranty for our budget. Great guys

Get the “fix” for my car immediately! This is ridiculous! Once the fix is done I want to make sure my rotators are not damaged by the scraping/grinding that’s going on free of charge. I bought this vehicle brand new!!! I’m NOT impressed Mitsubishi!

Everything was great and it was convenient. I personally like self serve options because of my busy schedule. Having the after hours drop off capability was also a plus. Again, thanks to Peter and Nolan in sales and Corey in Service for all of their help. This is my 3rd Mitsubishi vehicle (3000GT, Endeavor, Outlander) and I’m super happy with it. Thanks Quirk team!
