Former customer that traveled from Florida to visit family. Seat control panel was broken which created a problem adjusting seat. I went to parts department and was pleased I was still in their computer system. Parts department was friendly professional and were able to have the part I needed within 48 hours. Really nice to be treated so nice after being away over 6years. Thank you Quirck Chevrolet and especially Parts Department for meeting my needs in a concerned and professional service.

very poor service, dropped truck off the night before my appointment only to get a call at 4 pm asking to reschedule my missed appointment for my truck, I informed them that my truck had been on their lot since the night before my appointments and they said they were very sorry nobody bothered to check the after hours key drop box so my truck would NOT be done till the next day, very disappointing with such a REPUTABLE dealer

Big thanks to Maury Duff and the service crew at Quirk Chevrolet. Took my SAAB 9-3 in with a nasty misfire and they took care of it quickly and it runs runs like a new car again! As always you're awesome!!

by far the worst outfit I've ever purchased a vehicle from. the way they treat a woman is beyond awful. I took my first truck back due to the brakes failing multiple times and then after a few times of them sending me off and me turning around and bringing it back because they thought they fixed and they didn't we ended up tracing that truck for a truck that the roof leaked. when I took it for them to look at it they ran water from a garden hose over the roof to imitate a freeze rain down pour. they me feel like each time I brought in I didn't know what I was talking about because each time they could get the same instances to repeat what I was telling them happened. they then charged me 200 dollars for.silicone after I told them to do it to ensure the roof wouldn't leak further. since then I've had the truck to a different dealership and am looking at 7k or more for repairs due too moisture that would have been covered if quirk had just fixed when It was under warranty. they are crooks

Josh, George & Martin thank you once again for good service. It’s took a bit to figure out the routine at your facility as a new comer. Josh in service is great I won 110% percent recommend anyone dealing in that department to collaborate with him! I told Josh I was going to make a suggestion he should have a bigger office space in waiting room area because he seems like he’s the busiest one there! ?. A great business is always backed by great service!

I wanted some Boss plow items and waited for the one individual being waited on. And waited and waited and waited. I finally walked out in disgust. 9/8/2022. Seemed to be ample help behind the counter but nobody cared enough to help out.

I recommend to stay clear of this arrogant and greedy bunch. They will gladly charge you nearly double what an honest local mechanic would charge for the same quality work.

I love the Oil change Express Lane. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Takes no time and I know it’s done with factory products and factory trained techs. They are always fast and friendly. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family, maybe even to people I don’t really like all that much.

Aaron Birt is hands down the best sales man they have. He’s very quick to respond to any calls and texts. We went in to get me a new vehicle and had a tight window to get everything completed due to dinner reservations we had. He got us out in time and we didn’t feel rushed.

visited their lot at lest 7 times in the last 3 weeks and not one person came out to speak to me. each time I was on the lot eas out side their front door or looking at 2 trucks...guess they don't any customers right now.

I would recommend purchasing and maintaining your vehicles from Quirk Chevrolet Cadillac of Bangor. As a matter of fact, I personally, and highly recommend Jim Brocato, as your go to salesperson. I have purchased several vehicles here, and Jim Brocato has handled just about every one of those purchases. Through all of the years, and purchases, we have developed more than a customer/salesperson relationship...I believe we have become good friends. And...the whole team at Quirk treat me as a friend, rather than just a customer. For this...I thank everyone at Quirk Chevrolet Cadillac of Bangor.

This establishment is a great example of systemic racism. Multiple employees I have spoken with have complained about the treatment of people of color by the owner Quirk. Black applications are thrown out and discarded as well as black employees have been treated differently. This is a culture that is excepted at this establishment. They won’t get my business ever or anyone else I talk to. Check the news for more stories about this place about to drop

My sons car broke down on a Saturday night , I called my roadside assistance and had he car towed to my home . I looked under the hood and noticed that the belt was broke . I took the belt out and place ion the front seat , so when I had it towed to Quirks they would know what was wrong with it. Around 2:20 on Monday I got a call from quirks saying the battery was dead. I ask is that the only thing you found ?? He said as of now , we won't know until we put a battery in it to do a diagnostic test on he car. So he told me the price for a new battery and the installation. They wanted $300. 00 for the battery and installation. I ask if they were out of their minds? Then I ask if they saw anything obvious that need to be fixed and they said NOT YET , so I yelled at the and asked the how inept can they be , the BELT IS ON THE SEAT !! I couldn't have given you more clues on what was wrong with it !!!! So this went on until I got a call saying that they needed to put the battery in the car and so they can get it out of the shop . I then called Varnys GMC and had the car towed there . Needless to say I am in the market for 3 new Chevy Silverados and I WILL NOT BE BUYING THEM FROM THE JERKS AT QUIRKS !!
