I would never buy a truck from Quirk again. bought a used truck for our son. Couple of things were wrong with it. They fixed 1 thing but when it came down to power steering fluid leaking everywhere- said it was not their issue, we had the truck for more than 3 months, we did not buy extended warranty. We were given 1 option for the warranty, and it was crazy money. Contacted Jack Quirk the owner and he talked to his staff Brian his manager, who I remind you did not know the whole story about this truck. Jack agreed with Brian said again not his issue. Brian had no idea that the salespeople John just through a plow on the truck to make it look better to sell the truck. Which caused most of these issues with this truck in the first place. Even the mechanics in the service department said that Ford should be going good for these parts and be fixing this truck. They wanted to charge us $2500. to put on 3 lines and a new pump. We ended up putting on 2 lines and a pump and it cost us $1000. So, you can see Quirk is marking up the price a lot. Yes, we had a mechanic do the job. Our mechanic said the pump had a crack in it and that Ford should have changed it before selling us the truck. Should not have passed inspection. He would not have put an inspection sticker on the truck with the pump that bad. When I emailed Jack about all of this, he did not reply to me. This truck was for my 18-year-old son and that is what I told him. You would think looking at the world today, there are not too many kids that want to take on a truck payment and work. He would take a second look at this truck and help out. He never replied to me. Please do not let this happen to you. FYI. I would not give them any stars, but you have too, to make this post.

I've sent numerous emails , Called and even tried to set up a test drive. No response, this company is arrogant and very unprofessional, I wouldn't buy a car from this company at all , go to darlings they have everything you would need and the best customer service ever.

I dealt with Avery who was excellent, could not be more pleased with the service he provided. My only suggestion would to "modernize" your dealership by being able to facilitate electronic signing of purchase/loan docs

The vehicle we purchased is great. The service is not. With only 900 miles on the vehicle, I hit a deer on the side of the pick-up. Much damage but only cosmetic. No airbags deployed. We had the side replaced and painted. Now, whatever warnings on the vehicle that we receive ( after 10+ months) are attributed to the accident, and they won't warranty them. There is no discussion to be had; its just a straight no.

Former customer that traveled from Florida to visit family. Seat control panel was broken which created a problem adjusting seat. I went to parts department and was pleased I was still in their computer system. Parts department was friendly professional and were able to have the part I needed within 48 hours. Really nice to be treated so nice after being away over 6years. Thank you Quirck Chevrolet and especially Parts Department for meeting my needs in a concerned and professional service.
