I visit this Verizon and Firehouse frequently. Bank employees constantly park in two spots. Individuals with disabilities are not able to park closer to store. Bank employees hostile towards people in parking lot.

I have had to wait at this bank, on several occasions to be waited on. There was only one teller waiting on customers inside and at the window. I have only experienced this at the Stillwater Ave. site.
