They blamed me and suspended me from getting any rides from them for 30 days because they had a specific time they were supposed to pick me up everyday and when they was gonna be later then usuall they only called me one time to let me know and the others I got a ride from family because I didn't think they was gonna be coming later then normal but they still sent someone without contacting me first so I ended up not needing a ride from them and somehow I'm getting punished for it there absolutely ridiculous

I really don't want to leave a negative review because I greatly appreciate the transportation services provided. The issue is that unfortunately I rarely get to utilize them.As someone with an extreme anxiety disorder, I have a very difficult time getting in vehicles at all, let alone with people I don't trust. Penquis is aware of this as it is in my file to NOT schedule a certain cab company for my bi-weekly trips. I'm convinced at this point that they really don't care as I have had to almost consistently cancel every single ride for the past year or so. I have talked to literally EVERYONE about this and am told that it will be "fixed", only to find that it's still the same and no one seems to understand why. I honestly don't know why it has become such a major issue...my last name is not a common one and as many times as I've cancelled I can't believe that no one picks up on it during scheduling. I know that they deal with a lot of people and I've taken this under consideration and tried to be patient. I think I HAVE been patient. Now I'm getting desperate for this issue to be remedied.Thank you for reading.

I don't think the head of the transportationdepartment Steven Richard has any ideahow to run that department efficiently! Theymake 3 year old autistic children, who aresupposed to be at daycare by 9, at least 20minutes late because they pick up 1 childfrom Newport take them to school thencome back to Bangor to pick up my child even though they had to go through Bangor twice to get that one child in Newport! Then they pick him up 20 minutes after school is over for the same reason. There have been days when he doesn't get brought home until 4. It doesn't take an hour to get from Brewer to Bangor! They change his pick up time again and again without notifying us,. and I've taken him to daycare at 8:58, they show up after 9 and then won't pick him up because they said WE were a no show! There is obviously no oversight in the dispatch department and it is very poorly run. Mr Richard should be ashamed, the inefficiency shows poor leadership.I've had to change my plans several timesto get my grandson to daycare or pick himup because they canceled his ride! Veryinefficient and it's the children who suffer!

Penquist transportation is the best! If it was not for penquist transportation I would not be able to get to where I need to go! It is for medical related trips and they always schedule my trips with ease and make traveling and scheduling a breeze!Thank You,Nicole Randall

Useless, if your driver cancels they refuse to find you another ride even if its a hospital follow up, don't run a transportation service if can't provide rides, now that again for a third time i have to call up my doc office and reschedule last minute i get to lose out on having a pcp through hometown health at all, thanks Penquis, very helpful

I’ve been getting calls the past few days telling me that they can’t get my daughter to preschool but they can bring her home, so she will be missing a lot of school because of this. It’s ridiculous, I can’t legally drive by myself and my husband is unable to drive right now

Add your hours please. I call 2 different phone numbers (one from the website and one from google) and both are unavailable when the automated message says it opens at 8am. It's 8:09am. I'm trying to see what time my ride gets here so I don't miss my doctor appointment again. Make your system more efficient please!Please and thank you.

I was supposed to have a ride on Sunday called Friday to confirm that ride. Here it is Sunday and no ride to my doctor's appointment. I would say that's a no show on there end.

Friendly polite drivers usually on time!!! that being said--there are days when they don't have a driver for me.
