3-4 weeks to replace a debit card….thats a joke. I can walk into a credit union anywhere but at your branches and walk out with a new card in the same hour. Stop using services in Indiana and bring those services in house. Instead of making excuses and blaming the Post Office, you should be thinking outside the box and figuring out how to create value and convenience for your members. Modernize and adapt!

I just moved from Presque Isle to Hampden. I've been with the County Federal credit Union for a few years now. I realize the merger is just taking place in Hampden, but I wish that they would have the lobby open on Saturday mornings like they do in Presque Isle. The greater Hampden/Bangor area is much bigger than Presque Isle and I don't see why there's any reason why they can't have the lobby open at least until noon on Saturdays. Other than that, in my experience, it is a great place to take care of your financial business.

Best on-hold music ever! Sometimes I call and tell the person who answered the phone that I’ve already been helped and ask to be put back on hold...then I put my phone on speaker and jam out. 5 out of 5 stars. If I qualified for membership I would definitely open up an account here! To be serious, these are great people, always helpful and courteous.

Better to do banking elsewhere. Anywhere else. They limit how much of your own money you can get per day, unless going in in person. You can have over $700 in your account and your debit card gets denied on a $100 purchase.?. Think about it. How embarrassing is that? Happened to many times to me and many other issues as well. 20 year member and I found better services on my first day at Maine savings fcu.

For 30+/- years I have had an account at Penobscot Federal Credit Union. When Maine Saving started their Red Wallet program we started using Maine Savings . I received a letter stating that I needed it make some kind of transaction or they were going to charge me for an unused account..have a location next door to Realty of Maine so I went next-door and was going to deposit $20 to keep it active without a fee only to be told oh we didn't hear from you in 5 days so we didn't charge you the fee we warned you about ...we took your money out and turned it into the state of Maine for Unclaimed Money ??? WTH ..that is how you treat your client of 30 yrs ???

I'm a new member with Penobscot County Federal Credit Union and very happy with the service I have gotten. A few months ago I got a car loan through them at a outstanding rate.
