Both dentists i saw were good. I was first seen back in November 2021. It is the way that PCHC dental is run. And i dont think that will change as I do not feel admin cares about the individual patient. They DO care that they make money. Remember that PCHC fired all of their dentists and made them apply to get their jobs back at different rates of pay recently. My broken front tooth held on with the splint for a year and a couple of months despite having been there 5 times for my broken tooth, they told me i wasnt an established patient, and they were full when i tried to make a follow-up appointment after they had their overhaul of the entire practice. 1 year later and my broken tooth and the one next it were pulled and I'm getting bridgework at Stillwater Dental. Would have been root canals but so much time had passed along with one of them absessing we went this route instead

This is the worst dental center I have ever dealt with. I pulled my kids years ago and now I will not be back either. The "walk-in" aspect is a joke. They only take the first 3 people and deny everyone else, no matter the pain level.

Dr. Joli was absolutely wonderful in helping me take care of a painful tooth! He got me right in and took excellent care of me! Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible people that do not care about the patients. keep giving me false hope about having oral surgery for a badly infected tooth with exposed nerves. Pretty much suicidal due to the amount of pain. Hopeless at this point.

Great experience..which is saying a lot because I don't like the dentist. Everyone is very helpful and understanding and really tries to help you the best they can. Dr. Ford is a great dentist, I highly recommend him. All the ladies behind the desk are great and make scheduling and billing much easier. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience here today! I used the walk in service to get my impacted wisdom tooth checked out. It’s was my first time there and all the staff was friendly and super helpful! I definitely will be using them as my primary dentist!

All three of my children have had to go to the orthodontist here. The orthodontist and staff are amazing. 2 out of my three have high anxiety. The technicians where so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable. And always kept me up to date on what is going on and what needs to be done. And they are very good on calling a few days before with a reminder.

This dentist office is a complete joke! Never in my life have I had to deal with as much paperwork and calling to follow up, as I have with this office. They are absolutely rude and do not know how to provide customer service. We have been dealing with a billing issue since July and we are due back for another appointment in January (which will be cancelled) because we still have yet to receive a resolution for this problem. This all could have been avoided had the receptionist done her job when we initially walked in and had their doctor submitted his paperwork to be accepted by all major insurance plans!! We will spend double to not go back here, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
