I found it very disappointed that after seeing a provider on Monday, May 1, 2023 they didn't not follow through with a referral for a MRI. I am and have been in acute pain resulting from a fall. I my opinion this is not acceptable as good healthcare.

What i have seen that they keep changeing there Doctors i been seeing this for some time now and when you call them for the zoom it is like you have to go though for or more people to get what you need for it

Place must have a high turnover rate, Every doctor I get there transfers out and it always results in getting a doctor several towns away no where near where I live.
