As much as I wish this wasn't so, I had to give e it 2 stars. It looks nice and clean but the place is a ghost town. More stores closed than open. They do have a cool haunted mansion during holidays. I'm hoping they figure out a way to bring people back. It's going to disappear and our children and grandkids won't have the ability to experience a mall. The new arcade looks really modern. I didn't realize they had a new one until now. ALSO, not the arcades we remember. The resteraunts are all leaving. I believe Applebee's left and it won't be long until more go.

I'm not going to lie I hadn't really spent time in the Bangor Mall since I was a kid but we took the drive especially to go to Maniac Manor haunted House I got my pictures with krampus and I saw they had a bridge to heaven healing one of my favorite crystal shops definitely going to go back the next time I'm visiting the area combination of nostalgia and new things definitely made it somewhere I'll go again

The Bangor Mall is only a Shell of its former self from the past. Many stores have left, but the few that are there now are Very Good! Bath and Body Works, JC Penny, Spencer, Hot Topic etc..there are some Mom n Pop places in there too. I didn't notice any restaurants in the Mall, not even a Starbucks or Dunkins. I found several great deals at JC Penny! There is an Arcade! It's not what it used to be but they are trying very hard. ChickFilA is across the street among others.

This place needs new management that brings in special activities during the week. Mall is slowly dieing. They where setting up for a crafts festival, but what's a mall rat to do?and how many spiritual shop does one mall really need.

It's got a few good shops still. Hot topic, Spencer's, JCPenney, and recently the blue alpaca opened up in there. There's a crystal shop and a couple other stores for shoppers to enjoy. Claires is also still there. The food court has been dwindled down though

Another slowly dwindling mall that has fewer stores, it seems, every time I visit. Sad but not surprised. Clean mall, and what is there is cool, but don't expect to be blown away or anything. Half empty mall.

Very disappointed with all the closed stores. There was no where to eat. Very sad.

Update: They really have fixed a bunch of the roadways. There are still some absolute sinkholes in the parking lot but not nearly as bad as it used to be. It is still very quiet in the mall itself.Past review: Horrible roadways. Potholes the size of a small car. This place is really showing it's age.

Talk about blast from the past. This mall is dead!!! I was eating dinner in the area and saw the mall. There are not many stores. Talking to an employee at one of the stores, it appears that many employees are college students in the area. Unless you want to go to Dicks, American eagle, Spencer's, or hot topic then you could skip the mall.

I wish I could give more, but unfortunately the mall isn't doing too well. The stores they have are very good, even if the food options are sparse. I wish their was more, but the mall isn't used enough to really help keep businesses running. The one major gripe is the roads having so many holes. I'm shocked my car didn't break after driving into one. After that thump I expected to hear a part dragging on the ground!

We drove 2+ hours because this is the closest mall. Left feeling insulted. Got there to early for the stores (completely my fault), people were in walking around and security greeted us so we went to the restroom to change my 4 month old then sat down to wait for stores and feed her. Stores started opening I decided to look in the shoe store, while my boyfriend continued to feed our daughter ( they were very nice and helpful). They unfortunately didn't have the size I was looking for. So we switched places and he went in. As I was getting her secured back in her stroller the security guard asked if we were looking for anything in particular I answered that we weren't because the store didn't have the right size and we were gonna pass through a few stores and look, That we had just stopped to wait for things to open and feed the baby. Apparently that isn't allowed and we needed to leave.... So is there a spending limit per minute to go to the mall now? If I can't look around then I'm sure not gonna spend. And if I can't stop and feed my baby then why are there chairs, sofas, and charging stations? I guess Augusta mall it is...
