Wonderful service. We are so pleased with Brian's concern and thoughtfulness for both my husband's needs AND comfort. Appreciate too how we were able to return home with a loaner power chair and a new much more comfortable back for his manual chair. Along with our praise for Brian, we also appreciate the interactions we've had with Bob in the service department.

My wife had some trouble keeping her foot on the left foot rest and also felt that the seat of her wheel chair should be raised. Brian and Josh were very helpful in making sure they did what she needed. They were kind and considerate and made sure they would do everything according to what she needed. We bought the wheelchair there two years ago and they did not charge anything for their work. We give them and National Seating and Mobility in Bangor the highest recommendation'

i've been a special needs mom for over a decade now and i have dealt with many providers when it comes to medical adaptive equipment for my daughter-and Brian at National Seating + Mobility has gone above and beyond what anyone else has done for my daughter. Most of the time, the previous providers gave up-after the insurance company says no. Brian does the actual work BEHIND the order process. Paper work, Physical therapist notes, doctor notes and the entire insurance process. We're forever grateful for all of Brian's dedication and hard work-my daughter is reaping all his hard work and the well needed equipment!

Dan was absolutely amazing. The customer service was beyond fabulous. He truely cares about his customers. Also, they were extremely timely in getting our wheelchair and willing to deliver at our convenience. Also offered to come over at anytime to help with adjustments. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing help with walkers, motorized wheelchairs, and wheelchairs.
