Third time in a row I’ve gone here and been disappointed. Verified product availability online and they couldn’t find them. Wasted 25 min looking for a wiper blade. I want to like them but it’s always a clusterF there.

Super helpful! Was looking for a coolant filter for my RV. The lady on the phone used my old part number to cross reference without insisting on a make/model and all that (it’s confusing for an RV anyway); she had a replacement ID’d in seconds. Even had it waiting for me on the counter when I walked in. Great customer service, for a change these days!! Thank you NAPA Bangor!

I like the fact that you rent tools when you don't have them conveniently placed but it's hard when you don't really stock any parts but that's how everywhere is
