Mark serviced and wrapped my boat this fall and did a great job. After the Grinch Snowstorm dropped a tree on my boat he came and made the needed repairs to the wrap to seal it up as the latest round of snow was falling. I was able to clear the tree yesterday and he was there today. That's great customer service.

I contracted Mobile Marine Services to help me with the wiring of my 20' Sylvan Mirage Pontoon Boat, their represenative "Mark" came to my place and quickly solved my issues with his expertise. The issues were the Shifter, Throttle, Navigation Lights, Bimini Light and Docking Lights. Days later I realized that the gas gauge wasn't working, I called and with texting he guided me thru the replacement and installation of a new gauge. All is working and I cant say enough positive about Mark and Mobile Marine Services.

I had my mercury 15 hp four stroke outboard motor repaired by Mark's mobile Marine. He did the most fantastic job ! He stayed in touch with me, showing me pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced, explained to me what needed to be done and why. He answered the phone and my text messages promptly!!! I highly recommend this business to work on your marine equipment!

I made appointments with Mark on two different occasions and he never showed up or called to reschedule or explain no-show. I often wouldn’t hear back from calls or texts. Not sure how you can run a business like that…

had an appointment scheduled which took 3 attemps on my part to contact them, then he never showed up. after a few more attempts to contact him, was told he had me on his schedule for "next tuesday" but offered to come tommorrow...never showed up again and again has not responded to texts or calls and now did not show up on the "next tuesday" either and VM is full. i guess he doesnt want the business...terrible customer service

Marc answered our emergency call on Sunday morning of 4th of July weekend, helped us diagnose the problem and the part we needed via text/photos and was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable!

I called and made two different appointments talked to mark he never showed up I CALLED and text sent messages he never returned any of my calls or texts my next door neighbor had the same experience the worst customer service

I don't usually leave bad reviews but mark is not a professional and u should not use him. After 8 days of excuses and not answering the phone I had to go get my jet ski back that he did nothing to. If you can't do a simple tune up then just say it but to be so unprofessional and not answer the phone.... smh sorry to anyone who doesn't look at the reviews and has to go threw this.Service: Tune-ups

Do not bring anything here to be repaired. This is truly not a legitimate business. I have been literally waiting and for a month for a simple part to be fixed on my minn kota motor. I have called probably 20 times in the last 2 weeks alone and everytime it goes right to voice mail. I have left texts messages and voicemails and have not heard a thing. I am truly at a loss for words. I hope I get my motor back at this point.

Said he would show up and to send him my address. I sent him my address waited a week. No call saying he wouldn't make it. No call no show. Very unprofessional. Not reliable, lies. Call someone else.

Was scheduled to have mobile work done on a boat. Not a reliable business. Would recommend working with Hammond Mobile Repair for mobile work or Hamlin’s Marina if you can drive to Bangour

We came to Maine for vaca and on the second day, the engine blew up on our boat. I called Mark and immediately called back. He totally took care of the replacement, helped us tow out of the water.. everything. I cant recommend him enough. We live in NJ but will now come back to Maine to have him oversee tune ups and such (we have a place here). He's GREAT!!! Totally knows what he's doing. Honest and very fair.Service: Engine repair
