This place went down hill when Bill Miller sold it. If you sign up for deliver they dont deliver. You ask for a call when the meds are ready. Either they dont call or they say its ready ,you go to pick them up and have to wait 40 min. Switched over to hannafords pharmacy better serve there

Hands down the worst business I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Can’t handle phone calls or prescriptions and forget compounding because this compounder is never even there.

Worst pharmacy I have been to. I was being helped and the girl who was helping me left me to go help someone else and left me standing for 5 minuets. I was just waiting to pay, she had the prescription and left it by the register instead of finishing up with me the assisting the other person. I hate this place and it's horrible service.

If you can't reach the help service to set up a portal for covid test results read this!We needed the guaranteed test turn around time of 48 hours due to travel restrictions, so we paid the $100 for a test. The only instructions given to get the results are to call a help line and set up access to an online portal... Many calls, several messages, and three days later no one has contacted us. Fortunately, we were able to dig around on the website and discover that you can use a Medical Record Number to generate the account. The pharmacy did not give us one and never mentioned MRN in either their verbal instructions or written instructions. I was able to call the pharmacy we tested at and get the information needed to make the account and ultimately we were able to print our results (the test results were ready at 2 am the day after we tested, we just couldn't get to them until we had the portal).

We drove an hour on 8/5 to pick up a script that Micheijla told us was ready. Unfortunately your employee put the script under another patient profile. She gave me the last name of the person it was under and it was clearly not my last name. Even though I was speaking with the "compounding coordinator" she refused to fix her coworker's mistake and told me the compounding department was now closed. The compounding coordinator, I believe she said her name was Maddie, acknowledged it was a mistake on their end but failed to take ownership beyond that. I asked her several times to call the veterinarian and fix Micheijla's mistake so our kitten wouldn't die from a secondary infection. We had to leave empty handed and our sick kitten can't start his doxy today. I've worked retail so I understand how hard it is, but we are talking about a fragile kitten that weighs less than 2 lbs. Someone needs to be held accountable for such a serious mistake. I hope someone from your pharmacy will be reaching out to own these failures of Maddie and Micheijla.

You told a person with breathing problems that their insurance would not go through when in fact there was no problem with it going through in any other pharmacy. You denied a breathing medication to a patient who could not breath because it was almost time for your shift to be over and you didn’t care. That is not acceptable and your pharmacy should be shut down for having no time consideration and for not caring about the patients that come in. I have worked in a pharmacy for years and I know it’s not that hard to get an insurance to go through. Pure laziness!

Waited 45 minutes for a booster vaccine for my child that is required by other outside influences. No one else was waiting for a vaccine. The website promoted walk-ins, including under 18 yet the door said they don’t do boosters in children and the clerk denied us initially as well.

I went with my children and called the next day to get a Medical Record Number to access the results on their portal. I could get my results but the portal would not allow me to access my children's results. So-yes they guarantee results in 48 hours, just not any ability to print them or obtain them. Also, you have to open new accounts for each family member. With most places like Canada requiring results within 72 hours, you need at least that to get results. Terrible!

FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED COVID TESTING FOR TRAVEL:Everyone here is very nice so I left a nice review but as of October you can go to the airport for a FREE PCR test (works to get into Canada and other countries). There's not much internet presence for it.. It's through a company called Curative and it's in the main terminal (pay to park your car its a buck for 30 mins).
