“I was vacationing in Portland the last week of July, stopped in a couple times and I believe they young man said his name was Sam. He was awesome, took great care of us. Refused a tip which he well deserved. In my area they have tip jars out and expect them. Very few are as knowledgeable or know their products like he does. He is an asset to your company.
