“Brian did an outstanding job, going above and beyond to make sure the shower chair we ordered worked. He had a very small bathroom to work with and when the chair arrived facing the wrong direction he made it his mission to help us. After multiple attempts to get it to work in this tiny bathroom (and spending over an hour longer than planned) he took the chair back to research alternative solutions. He contacted the manufacturer and made the modifications needed then checked and rechecked it to be sure it worked and was safe. I’m so confident he will exceed our expectations that I’m writing this review before he’s even been back to install the chair. Thank you Brian and NSM Bangor for making this possible!”

“The local staff is GREAT! For years, I called them to arrange oxygen tank pickup and empty dropoff. The company has changed and you can no longer call the local office to see if they have your tank size in stock. I can order online or with the person who answers (call center) but she is unable to give me info about availability. The personal touch/service is gone.”
