Unless there is something you need specifically from here it's best to go somewhere else. Terrible parking lot. Cheaper brands. It's sad what Lowe's has become.

The ppl who helped last year where great. But recently I went to purchase $20k worth of items and a person working in the store canceled the order. When we called about it , we decided to order elsewhere dur to the poor customer service. Glad I did. As it saved me a big hassle.

We had the worst experience we've ever had with having a appliance delivered and installed. We purchased a GE front loading washing machine with a base. We scheduled delivery and installation by Lowe's. Lowe's does not install appliances themselves they have contractors whoever they can get cheap most of them out of state. They installed the washer and base after they installed the washing machine I asked him if they leveled the washing machine one spoke English one did not the one that spoke English said yes I never saw a level I never saw him checking the level of the machine. We went to use the machine and the machine walked a foot or more from one side of the area to the other and it was bouncing and shaking. Well I ended up checking the level of the machine and it was way off and the feet were loose. I leveled the machine several times and got it as perfect as possible and it was still shaking around not as bad but not normal. My wife ended up calling GE and GE sent a service tech out. When the tech arrived he looked over the situation and ended up finding out the legs to the washing machine were removed we never received any legs they took them and threw them in the truck I guess because there was no legs on the washing machine. Come to find out you need the legs on the washing machine to tighten up against the base to keep it from moving around it makes it more rigid. When the service tech separated the washer and the base there's a huge sticker on the top of the base that says do not remove legs from washing machine. While the tech ended up removing the base and just setting the washing machine on the floor but he had to use the legs from the base to put on the washing machine since we had none. After this we went to Lowe's and completing the Lowe's told them we are missing the legs to the washing machine they said they couldn't order them and I had to order them and they would reimburse me so I ordered the legs. We also stated that we wanted to have Lowe's come out and install the washing machine correctly after the legs arrive. Well they came out yesterday to reinstall the base. The first thing I see the guy doing is trying to tip the washing machine over with it plugged in and the water lines hooked up and he kept pushing the button and starting the washing machine while it was tipped I told him he had to unplug it so he did then he was going to try to tip it over on its back with the water lines still attached. All I couldn't think of is the new braided lines being crushed by the washing machine and I told him he had to remove the water lines well he didn't have any tools with him so I had to go get tools so he could use my tools to do that. At that point I had to leave. I came back later after they left and found out that they did not adjust or tighten the feet on the base they did not tighten the legs on the washing machine to the base and the nuts were loose and one of the nut/washer was installed upside down which I cannot fix that because it's all assembled. There was also foam cushions that were attached to the top of the base. Those were not supposed to be removed as they are there to dampen the vibration. Well they removed both of those and luckily they didn't throw them away they just threw them on the floor so my wife found one and I found another and I had to jam them in where they were supposed to go which wasn't fun and they're not quite right. I believe I have everything right now except for the for the foam cushions not being exactly where they supposed to be and the upside down nut/washer. I know corporate only cares about money they don't care about customers they only care about how much money they're going to make and how cheap they get these guys it's not fair to the customers and how many appliances have been incorrectly installed and people don't know. I will never have Lowes ever install anything that they sell until they start hiring their own people and hiring local Mainers that need jobs that a

Worst store in the entire state, and it's all because of the management and head cashiers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and the store as a whole is a complete joke! Most of the employees are mistreated, untrained, and underappreciated. They honestly should all boycott the store because management and corporate is just complete trash. Management is lazy and doesn't do their job, and most certainly do not care about the people who work for them and help to run the store. Typical for a corporation to treat people like they are are less than nothing, and no one should stand for it because they don't deserve it.

This was the worst eperience that we have encountered. We purchased a counter top that required a change in our final payment. Took the invoice to the store as we wanted to pay rather than use a charge card. The (head customer clerk) could not complete the payment and stated so. The cabinet supervisor was called we waited thirty minutes and never came. They could not even find the invoice on their system even with the documents with all the info from Lowes website. We went to Lowes in brewer. It took 10 minutes to complete. Never again to the Bangor store for anything that need customer service

My first curbside order with this store and I ended up picking the order myself. I called and asked how long it would be if I placed a curbside order and was told 1 hour to an hour and a half. I drove an hour and received a text saying my order was being processed. 2 hours after I placed my order I was told it would be a little over an hour more. Since no one was picking my order yet. So the text was lie as my order was not being processed. So my husband and I picked our order and customer service put it through for us. After 2 hours in the store I noticed many employees wondering but very few doing. I will say they were friendly.
