We were into this store a few weeks ago to cash in some winning scratch tickets for new ones. When we got out to our car the guy running the register came running out to let us know that we forgot one. We appreciated his honesty. Today we stopped in and tried to add a car wash while at the pump but it was not working. My husband went in to ask why and they said the car wash was down. As we were getting ready to drive off the cashier ran out and handed us a free car wash coupon and said that he didn't want the broken wash to hinder us from coming back again. The staff here has been very honest and friendly. It is nice to find a business that cares so much about customer service and we will definitely be back!

Clean bath rooms and great whoopie pies. Just don't go there for Chester Fried Chicken. I appears they only cook it once per day and whatever doesn't sell one day goes in a chicken sandwich the next day. I love this chicken sold elsewhere, but not here. There sandwiches are okay, but overpriced compared to other local stores.

Leadbetters Superstop Broadway should be ashamed of themselves for turning away a female mail carrier and telling her she couldnt use the bathroom, but had no problem taking the days mail from her though!! On Friday March 20th, Leadbetters lost several regular customers! SHAME ON YOU!

I spent $15 to wash my friends suv... got outta the car wash and the suv was still covered in mud and ice... i had to go to u wash it by the airport mall to finish the job.. it cost me $23 just to wash a ford explorer.. what the hell... obviously doesn't work very well...

My car is completely covered in scratches due to this wash and the owner has yet to call me back from my complaint or even offer a refund! I was a weekly customer but I will NOT be returning.

Too many people are reporting scratches on their cars after going thru this particular car wash on Broadway in Bangor. The company is non responsive to their complaints and is not returning phone calls. I certainly will not go there. I value my car too much to take a chance.

This is an ok wash. I'm not sure why washes in Maine are so shabby compared to washes elsewhere. The undercarriage here is quite really not that great, like most all washes in the area. A wash could become real popular if it were to have a dedicated undercarriage spraybar installed on a dedicated pump, to really blast ALL of the underside of the car off for at least 30-45 sec. But, like this wash there are not really any I've found in the area yet, that have a decent undercarriage cleaning system.

My favorite Leadbetters. The cooler is always full of sandwiches and pasta to go. Beer, chips, smokes. Pizza by the slice, or order a whole pie. Friendly attractive people ready to help. Plus 93 octane fuel.
