“I went into the stillwater store after a less then favorable experience with the Lincoln one. Was greeted by a nice young man and then browsed around looking at phones. I'm not great with technology and was set on another Motorola phone. I got the pleasure of meeting one of the reps Ian. Wonderful guy, went over the ones I had picked out.. One Motorola one Samsung.. He gave me pros and Cons never once trying to push me in why direction..I went with Samsung for a couple reasons.. Let's just say . Go with you first instinct..lol i got from Saturday to Sunday night and to say I hated it would be an understatement..a call to customer service and back I go.. An hour away to switch phones. This time they were out a person but a very knowledgeable and nice girl came over from brewer to help out..Swita..I'm sure I spelled that wrong and I apologize.. Beautiful name.. I'm just terrible with names. She got the phones switched over. Took time to explain everything as she went. I would 10/10 recommend the stillwater location.. brewer too if all the reps are as awesome. Thank you both so much for your patience and all the help. Here is to the new phone never looking like the old one??”

And got me quotes and all the information needed and fast shipping for my new phone but had other colors in stock in person i could’ve got. Better experience than i expected”
