bought a washing machine August 24. Atlantic Transport was the delivery service they used. The first time they were suppose to come they called and said they didn't have time to deliver because they had to get back on the road to get home.

I had a delivery scheduled and my order didn't show, next day i called and was told the truck broke down and rescheduled me for the next day. Again my order didn't show and i was told the truck was full and couldn't fit my order in the truck then i was told they came back for the order then i was told they didn't know where the driver is but he has my order then i was told they didn't have time to deliver it but will tomorrow. I get being short handed but good customer service is communicating with people, they knew at 8am my order didn't make it on the truck and should have called me. I have things to do but i was tied to the house 3 days waiting for that 14 hour delivery window

My mother called the store this afternoon asking for a product and the person in building supplies told her she had just called and asked for the same thing and he hung up on her. She had not called prior to that. NOT good customer service in the building supply area!!!

I purchased an antenna for my parents. I received it and they sent the wrong item. I spent an hour on hold the first time before getting disconnected, then an hour again. The second call resulted in me being told I would have to purchase the item again and then return the wrong one and wait until the return was complete before getting my refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor because this just seemed wrong to me since it was their error and not mine. I was on hold for another 50 minutes and then transferred to a survey and then disconnected! I will not be recommending Home Depot to anyone, my money will be spent at other stores that value their customers.

Got a chainsaw was used didn’t know that till I got home it broke I bought the warranty and all they would do is refund me my money so what’s the point of the warranty what a joke

Shout out to Josh and the boys working the Christmas Tree department today! Netted and tied by Christmas Tree to my car while being sweet to my hyper 7 year old! What great service - I hope they're recognized - they were great and I'll be back!

The customer service at the Home Depot is awful. This store is beyond that. Contacted corporate, they never responded about the issue. Contacted corporate about a specific person via their "survey", never heard back. They don't care about your business, or their customers. That was almost a month ago. Don't expect to hear back. We have a $10000 credit limit with Home Depot and have spent thousands over the years. They won't see another penny. Just got a Lowe's credit card. I might buy nails at Home Depot someday, if Lowe's is closed. Pathetic customer service, poor Mgmt and hideous corporate initiative. This is how they loaded our 1700 dollar doors to drive 40 minutes home down the freeway. BTW, some older man helped my wife buy the straps and tie them down. Home Depot threw it up on the truck and walked away. If you do call "customer care" and get Akuna on the line, hang up. She is useless.

My partner and I have been coming here to get gardening supplies for the last couple weeks. It's your standard Home Depot, but what has really made my experience extraordinarily is Lynn in the garden supplies department. As a trans woman, hearing "hello ladies" from your cashier is not what I am used to. This kind of affirmation really made my day. Thanks so much, Lynn!

Purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher and over the stove microwave over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Evidently the stove is on back order (even though they said it'd be delivered it 6 days) so now no appliances for another 4 weeks they say it can't be delivered separately and if I were to pick up any of it myself it'll void out the manufactures warranty. Wonderful with no fridge for at least 6 weeks... Never getting appliances here ever again!! I defiantly do not recommend purchasing big items or anything you need in a hurry from here.

This Home Depot is not a bad place to shop if you don't need any assistance. If you do, you're screwed. Don't get me wrong, there are a few unicorn employees there that are actually nice, like the guys in the paint department and a couple people in the "Pro" department. Other than that, good luck. The one employee that I always have the terrible misfortune of dealing with works at the customer service desk. I believe her name is Beverly. Our company does business with this location for all of our projects. And every time I have had this woman assist me, she tells me she cannot help me or cannot do this or that or etc. And EVERY SINGLE TIME she has said this, I have gone to ANY other employee and they have been able to assist me. I know what you're thinking. She must be new or d**** Nope. She has awards for multiple things all hanging on the front of her shirt. That leaves me with one answer. Beverly just really dislikes me. I have no idea why because she has been this way since the first time I have met her. Maybe she dislikes women, which would be strange. Or she dislikes my race. Or she hates short people. I'm not sure. She is a terrible person. But that's not the only reason. I've already written a previous review for the terrible service offered here. It's not the place. It's the employees. I've been convincing my boss to switch to Lowe's for all three of his businesses.
