Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great selection of reasonably priced vehicles. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use the BGR- International Airport Hertz location for all of my future rental car needs.

Car rental was pretty easy, staff were friendlyand helpful. Had a super early flight so just filled out the return form online and put the keys in the drop box. It's been 3 days and they still haven't returned my deposit which I will be calling about today.

Rented from Hertz in Bangor, ME and it was extremely quick and efficient on both pick-up and return. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Car was clean and very fuel efficient too!
