Very disappointing. We took time out of our day and some of the bridal party drove 2 hours. We arrived early and were rushed when we found dresses. The girl was not engaging and when there was a dress we didn’t like we felt like she was annoyed. The bridal party had to help the bride in and out of dresses. The bride was told (who isn’t a large person) that the dress will fit her better if she had a bigger dress. She was told she couldn’t have more than 3 dresses. They had no petticoat to see how the dress would look with a petticoat. We had to ask for things like clips and to see what it would look like with a belt, how the dress would look bustled. And she just stated… I don’t know how to do that. She did not ask any personal questions about the bride or tried to make her feel like a bride. There was even a dress that could have been the dress, but her attitude really ruined the experience. There is not one photo we have that shows her smiling… not one. Wasted our time. Not a place I would recommend.

I was in today to buy a couple of small items and they were top notch. The prices were fair and the girl who helped me was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended.

Lynnette was amazing! It’s very overwhelming being there and trying on dresses for the very first time. Lynnette made my experience so wonderful and memorable! I really loved that at Henry’s you can go walk around and pick out dresses you want to try on, and your family or whoever is with you can pick dresses as well! It was really nice to have Lai there on staff that day because any question I had if Lynnette couldn’t answer it they brought Lai out and I have given an answer!

I'm not a dress girl, but in a very short time, I walked away with THE dress, little did I know about a month later, that dress was just not going to work after speaking to Lai about alterations.Kelly & Linnette were absolutely an amazing help to me and I found a new dress, that knocked it out of the park!I never felt pressured about anything, I tried on many dresses and retried others. The ladies were like your best friends - if it didn't look good, or didn't look right, they would say something. I appreciated that very much - they truly wanted me to find the absolute best dress that looked the best on me.

My mother's getting married and going through Henry's for our tuxedo's. I showed up to get fitted, it was busy but as soon as Henry had a moment he measured me, told me my date to come back, which wasn't long at all, and I was out the door. It was fast, professional, and clean. Great place overall and friendly staff.

Henry’s was so helpful in finding my wedding dress! Everybody who works there was so kind and they were always there to answer any questions. Plus, having an in house seamstress is amazing too! This was the dress of my dreams!

I went in for a mother of the groom dress after going to the big name store in Portland and being completely disappointed. Henry's was awesome! Very attentive, helpful, and so nice! Within just a half an hour I had chose a dress, ordered, and out the door. If I had purchased thru the big name store I would have had to find my own seamstress (which where I am from is almost impossible). Not Henry's if you buy a dress from them they will take care of the alterations. All around wonderful service and a great experience!

Do not buy your Dress here. God forgive something happens to the groom and the wedding gets canceled. They will not return your down payment. Way to kick someone when they are already down.

The suits were beautiful. My only complaint was my husband's pants did not fit him. When he tried them on the tailor said they fit good so he went with it. In all reality the tailor adjusted them with the snaps and when we were dancing out first dance his pants almost fell off. I had to help hold them on. He was so embarrassed. I think the pants should be fitted without the snaps. Just saying.

I had a great experience purchasing my wedding dress from Henry's. Everyone was incredibly helpful, but I have to especially compliment Kelly - she was amazing to work with. I also loved working with Lai, the on-site seamstress.
