I dropped zero turn off early in June to have all belts replaced. I had the deck belts and they said they would order the needed drive belt. Received a call on June 12th, telling me it was ready. I went to pick.it up, paid my bill. As I was walking out to get it loaded I noticed parts were only $2.00. No way this covered a new drive belt. They said they didn't replace It as it was not on the work order. They screwed up writing they order! So I agreed to leave it and they would order and replace the belt. Received a call a couple weeks later saying it had a loose pulley and would order a new one. I agreed. I called service on Monday July 8th and was told it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. Never heard again. I called again on July 12 and was told it was ready, and that they had called. No phone call at all!!. I went out to pick it up, paid my bill, and went out to get it loaded. Both tines the mechanic loaded it. He said everything was goid, and it mowed and drove well. I got it home and the blades would not engage. I tried for over an hour. Finely called service again, and was told all they could was bring it back. I gotbthere and the mechanic met me and figured out one of the belts was not even on. He managed to fix it. I went inside, and got absolutely no satisfaction. I asked if they checked anything before it left the shop.
I was told they always check. So.i was told by the mechanic everything was working. The best answer i got was "Oh, I guess we stubbed our toe" Great way to do business. I wouldn't recomend them for any repair work. Greenway gets just barely on star for quality and customer satisfaction.

They need to improve customer relations. Some people were impeccably friendly. Some were dismissive, because they didn't know the answer to my question. I had to go because they gave me the wrong keys when they delivered our snowblower. The salesman was exceptional. Places like this won't survive with the highest of customer service. I think at the very least, impress your locals by doing a follow up call. I have to rate it average.

I had ordered over a week ago which was no issue. They called me yesterday saying that my cap came in. I had already paid for the part when i was there to order it. When I got there today I was hit up for $18.00 more for shipping fee on an $11.00 part. This didn't set well with me because they never told me about a shipping fee when I was there. I could of ordered the part online with no fees. I'll never have my equipment serviced there again. They should of been up front about the fees instead of suckering me in and telling me at the last minute.
