FedEx is kind of a joke. Their communication is something straight out of nightmares. They tell you to call the customer service number, and the system does everything it can to keep you from speaking with somebody. They delivered so many packages to my neighbor, and It took about a year to get a message to the driver to pay attention to the number on the front of the house... You can't get through to speak with the facility to see what the weather is like in their area before you make the trip... They knock on your door like 5-year-old girls so you can't hear it and then leave with your package that requires a signature. Their delivery windows are giant, so they can avoid any and all responsibility. I wish FedEx would go bankrupt, so a company that cares about its consumers can take its place.

Extremely rude driver. Mocked me and was incredibly rude because I ordered a Christmas tree early.

They blatantly lied to us about having an "incorrect address" despite us contacting the seller of the product to ensure that the address on file was correct.Customer service was professional, but of almost no help or assistance. Since they could not find our address (an address that UPS & USPS regularly deliver to, and that FedEx passes daily) we had to cancel the order.

They delivered my packages to the wrong address but were good at following the directions and got it right the next time. Customer service was helpful

FedEx has come so far and have really impressed me with their services. I really enjoyed getting a picture of my package where it was left. That helps provide proof in case a package was ever stolen. I highly recommend FedEx over UPS any day.

I will never go here again to ship. What is the point of driving out here if they can’t actually help you ship something? It turned out I needed a shipping label printed for an item I sold thru Mercari, that normally provides a QR code. I was told to go to the UPS (couldn’t be any farther across town) to get it printed and then RETURN or go to Walgreens…. Does that sound like it even makes sense? I drove out here with my 3yo and received zero help. But oh— the staff member did decide to loudly reprimand my autistic child, and embarrassed both of us. Completely inappropriate for a toddler who isn’t doing anything wrong. In customer service I would never EVER parent someone’s child unless it was absolutely necessary, I would instead help that parent get what they needed so they could take their kid back home. Not being able to print a shipping label here is a joke. This was such a bad experience and in 2023, not an example of the kindness we need to be showing each other.

I'm impressed that they have stayed in business this long.... never once have I had something shipped through fedex without some kind of issue. Ups is 10 times the company. and they will deliver on time. You can't even call a real person at fedex

Ignores sign on door to drop packages at rear door. Leaves medical equipment at a door never used. Fedex is absolutely horrible in Bangor.

Fed ex express is the worst delivery service. Fedex Ground delivery is way better and more professional.

11/3/2022 1:15 pm Express Delivery. Experienced extremely poor face to face service from the delivery driver. Shortcommings in all of these areas that require attention and training. Demeanor Manners Attitude Cooperation I regret having to make this effort as we are busy enough In day today business but believe this may be important enough to foreward to you.
