Great service but it is hard to get in and out of it on the main road. There is too much traffic and if you want to turn left forget it.

Yeah these guys suck I had a package that was the wrong apartment number when I went to call them to get it all sorted they figured it out, come to find out the day I was having it delivered I didn’t receive I called back and they told me that nothing had been changed for my apartment number and it’s still waiting and it’ll be delivered on the Monday the day I need to work and what is the cherry on top it’s a car part to get my car running again for work so thanks fed ex you guys really screwed me! Terrible service!!!

The girls here take very good care of the customers. They are quick and knowledgeable about what is going on. I have had to go in a few times as I have missed my delivery person and they are always accommodating.

Wonderful service by knowledgeable and very friendly staff. We were served by two different people for 2 different orders. They were very invested and tried to find us the best possible fair/deal. They made sure the time sensitive shipment would leave the same day, even though it was rather late.

I went there to discuss a package that required a signature. They had just closed, but two employees were still closing up. They offered to help anyway, and went to see if the package was out back. It ended up being at the FedEx Ground location, which I found out after they called. They were very helpful, and I wish I'd asked their names so I could include it here.

The worst shipping carrier ever. Always, delays and they don’t care about customers. There phone call is trick and you need to lie and choose phone call back option so their automated system will allow you to talk to human agent.

Driver continues to leave packages on cement pad on the most distant spot from house entrance. This has continued even after I put up sign stating no deliveries here!
