Very helpful staff! Sometimes FedEx can cause some headaches, but the team here is willing to explain what’s actually going on and help where they can. Never had a bad experience with this location.

It was ok ..could be easier to find and could put access to drop off with a scanner to scan and make labels in Lincoln Maine, making people drive a 3 hours round trip to send a package back is wrong the lady in the drop off was very nice .That's why I rated it 3 stars
