The representative I had was great. He made sure I got the best price that was available to me and my glasses were ready in less than a half hour. Customer service was great and the wait time was less then 15 mins. And I was there at 5 pm on a Thursday. Highly recommend eyemart express in bangor

I took my 6 year old granddaughter there for glasses and they were wonderful! We were never made to feel rushed. They help us figure out what sizes were best for her and made her feel great about her choices. We had two pairs in less than two hours and I had a little girl that was made to feel like her glasses were beautiful. I'd gladly go back

The product I get from eyemart express is very good. The only complaint I ever have is the speed in which I get service. It is never consistent and part of the problem has nothing to do with the people working there. It’s just the nature of sometimes it’s busy sometimes it’s not if they could solve the problem with having the correct amount of people on duty when you need them that would make them a five star for me.

This was my first visit to eye mart. I'm so glad I listened to my friends' recommendations! Its just amazing! Great service and merchandise! I will be back every year! My progressive glasses were made in 83 minutes and shipped to me because I couldnt wait for them. Eye Mart is awesome! Highly recommended!

I love going to Eyemart Express, they always are up with the new styles of glasses and they work at a quick but efficient speed! My glasses were made within 22 minutes. The lady who got my pick up order was amazing to fencing them till they fit my face perfectly she giggled with me and the smile never went off her face the whole time I was working with her.

I had a great experience at this store. I wanted a new style for my glasses. The old ones I have had for a long time. The sales woman Rachel spent time with me going through at least 15 pairs of glasses. She search for glasses based on what I told her a thought I wanted. She gave me her honest opinion on whether she thought they looked good on me not by how much they were. We found a pair and I just picked them up and I love them
