I recently got a unit here. I chose Bangor Self Storage because it was conveniently located to where I live. I have to say I'm impressed with the upgrades being done by the new owner. The whole place has been painted, new doors installed as well as new security measures and automatic lighting. My unit is clean, dry and reasonably priced.

If I could give them zero stars I would they claim they tried to contact me but not once have they called either one of my numbers and i verified that i didnt miss it on my call logs from my phone company they also have my email and no emails from them. New owners are horrible and lie about trying to contact you. I'm sorry if sitting by her newborn son's incubator praying he wouldn't die was more important to her than remembering to call you to tell you she didn't have the money cuz she spent it getting to the hospital every day. And when you did actually contact you via email she called you as soon as she realized you had tried to contact her. She got 1 email from you that's it she's on my phone plan and I went through all her calls too. I've been getting her mail since September when she was rushed in for an emergency c-section and no certified mail has ever been received and the mailman has never asked for her to sign anything. And let's not even bring up the fact that you couldn't wait 2 days for her to her paid and said why would you you can make way more off it then what she owes. She called with a plan to get all caught up and paid which she explained to your wife. After a few days you finally called her back at the start of new years weekend and give her 3 days until January 1st to pay it she told you she could pay half 2 days later on Wednesday the 3rd when I got paid and the rest plus next month's on Monday the 8th and you wouldn't accept that

Loved the old owners new owners have no heart let alone any compassion. I'll admit that it's my own fault I owe 3 months. I should have stayed on top of things after I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and my baby was taken 2 months early due to pre-eclampsia. After I was well enough to get released my focus was on my son and all the things that come with having a premie that came into this world 2 months early like being on a feeding tube or his brain forgetting to make him breath because it hasn't fully developed. When I did get an email from you I contacted you as soon as I saw it with a plan to pay everything I owe in less than 2 weeks when i got my check. You couldnt wait 2 days after your 3 day holiday weekend deadline to come up with the money. But I guess you said it perfectly "why would I wait, I've looked in your unit and can make way more off it than what you owe" You claim to have tried to get in contact with me multiple times but you never once called or tried to contact the person I put down to get ahold when I found out I had pre-eclampsia and might not be able to answer the phone. And 1 email does not count as multiple times. Other than 1 email I have gotten no calls or certified letters as you claim. But again why should I expect compassion when clearing greed is your main focus.

I've been with Econo Storage for over a year now and I have recommended them to everyone I know who has storage needs. Move in was smooth and payments are easy, coming directly from my bank. When I call I always get courteous and prompt service. The prices are more than fair, they are the lowest in the area. I really can't recommend them enough.

Very positive experience at this Bangor location! Unit was clean, secure and so was the gated storage yard. Ms. Anna was always available via a phone call and we found the business hours convenient as well!
