I can’t say enough nice things about this company! I was unsure where to start with upgrading our built in oven microwave unit. I called Dunnett who referred me to their install tech Scott. Scott came out took measurements and sent me back to Dunnett for the oven. Matt in sales picked the oven that was best for my fit ordered set up install date and that was it. Dunnett delivered free of charge and Scott and his helper put in my oven which was much larger than space for a great price!!! Cleaned up when they were finished and were great company during the whole install. I would encourage all who are local to only work with Dunnett they have all the team u need built into one amazing company!!! I am so happy with everything!!!!!!! I will only use Dunnett for all my future appliance purchases.

I called and asked if the sales girl could look in the computer and see where I had bought a stove 6 years ago. She did and said yes, they had the stove. It would be $610.00 in all. I ordered the stove. When they delivered it, I live in Millinocket, it was the wrong (cheaper) stove. They took it back and the sales girl said it would be $100.00 more. I reluctantly
agreed. When they delivered the 2nd stove it was $179.00 more.I called and the owner said that I said I wanted a cheap stove. What an insult! So I ended up paying $789.85 for a stove I was quoted $610.00. The only good thing I can say for this experience was the two delivery men were very nice! Another unhappy customer!

We needed a dishwasher and contacted Dunnett’s via text after hours. Their response was quick within minutes despite being closed for the evening. The very next morning we received a reply from with their sales manager resulting in the purchase of a new appliance the very same day with delivery and installation set up quickly. We bought local for a reason to help a small business and good service !!! And it was 5 star in the the beginning, but 7 or so yr later out refrigerator went on the blink .We called twice to get someone ,which happens . So he said he would put us in the pc , no schedule appointment. So I called a competition in Ellsworth they came the same day . After a while in the day I got a automated text message they could get me in on Dec 1st ,10 days later and they never called in person .I guess they have so much bussiness they don't have to to or don't want to talk to their customers anymore . Very sad ,so much for shopping local for service .
Ellsworth will have our business!!!

These folks are the best when it comes to shopping locally for appliances, and just good people to deal with, period! Delivery has always been on-time and efficient, with in-house drivers who use the right equipment to move stuff, and such. Overall, we've gotten some great deals from our sales reps; they do their very best to match Big-Box store prices. And even if their prices are a bit higher, the quality of service and peace of mind when it comes to delivery is worth the extra penny.... I think that's gonna be it for our appliance shopping for awhile. However, if we ever need any future replacements, Dunnett's will be there for us...!!! :D

I have had great experience with the entire team at Dunnets. From day. one, sales, management and service, were all about the customer and when a problem happened they jumped in to assist in getting corrected Quicker than I could have imagined, Everyone I dealt with at Dunnets is awesome and makes sure the customer is taken care of!

Needed help with our Maytag dryer. Sent a text and quickly got a response. After process of elimination and a few texts a fuse was the diagnosis. Because of the little cation of the fuse we needed a tech.Service tech Cody came and within 1/2 hour new fuse was installed and in working order. Cody was so pleasant and friendly, as was text provider. Highly recommend buying local with Dunnetts.

In Maine, it can be hard to find reliable suppliers and service providers. We bought our Cafe full suite for our new build from Matt and ordering, delivery and all related went great. Had some trouble with Hood install (GE instructions literally do not show the right hood). GE phone lines are absolutely worthless. Hours on phone with folks who had never touched a range hood. Also had trouble with brand new Cafe Refrigerator within a month. In both cases, Dunnett stepped in to help when GE bureaucracy was sending us in circles.Buy local at Dunnett - Thanks to Matt and Amber and team.

Dunnett’s was great to work with. Called in and told them what I was looking at and they gave me the pro’s and con’s to the washer and dryer set I was looking at and recommended something different due to my line of work and usage. After the first use, my wife and I are very happy with the set that they recommended. Delivery and install was a breeze. The delivery crew was great, respectful, and easy going. Definitely will do it again when we’re ready for any other appliances
