The worker here made me feel as though I did something wrong because I walked in and went to the idle my product would have been.as a result of them not having it I decided to just leave. The worker decided to yell at me from across the store about why I was leaving so quickly and gave me dirty looks after I informed her they didn't have the product I wanted. Being nice and not judgemental towards strangers goes a long way and getting judged due to the stores location doesn't say much for the customer service

I called this store at 8:02AM to report being inexplicably treated very badly three weeks ago by a young female employee with bluish-purpleish coloured hair. She normally works in a Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, Dollar store. (I heard her loudly tell another customer that she was filling-in for somebody at this store.)
A seemingly polite male answered the phone at 8:02 this morning and told me to wait a second. I waited for seven minutes and thirty-five seconds. I heard the occasional sounds of people talking in the background. I ended my call and then called this store ten more times, making my last attempt to talk with someone there at 8:50 AM today.
No common courtesy whatsoever!
Would it kill the female manager there to show some respect towards a caller?

Helpful staff and had exactly what I needed at a very cheap price. I browsed for a while and if I lived in Bangor, I could see myself using this store often.

I LOVE DOLLAR TREE SO MANY ITEMS IN HERE THAT I CAB DO ALMOST ALL MY SHOPPING IN THIS STORE. FOOD,FROZEN ITEMS,CANDY,KITCHEN STUFF DECOR,PET ITEMS PARTY ITEMS SEASONAL DECOR etc. GOES ON AND ON but now items are 1.25 1.50 2.00 and ⬆️. Which no doesn't make it the dollar tree. What's the difference between dollar tree and family dollar and dollar general? Dollar tree used to stand out because everything was only.$1..I dont think they should continue adding items that cost 1.50 $3 or $5 let family dollar and dollar general fight over that. I used to choose dollar tree over all but now there's no point I go to family dollar. I think u need go back to 1.25 items and leave it at just that. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way...

An employee at this store stopped my elderly mother in law from taking her cart to the car. She had gallon jugs of water and is 85 yrs old. Not only was he not allowing her to push the cart to her car, but also didn’t offer to help her with the water jugs. I don’t know if this is store policy and just complete lack of curtesy. Regardless it’s completely awful customer service.

Convenient location. This dollar tree is very well stocked, pretty clean compared to some. Staff was friendly.

It used to be the dollar tree now nothing is a $1. I have stopped shopping regularly at dollars trees in general due to the fact that items are not properly marked ( now that they offer items of all different prices) its a guessing game now to see the total at the end.. Guessing games w money, Not for me!!!

It's ok. Alot of times it's a bit messy. Like shelves and sets are cluttered but overall it's decent for a dollar store. It's a good place to get shipping materials and envelopes
