I cannot say enough good things about this merchant!! Frances and Kelley were amazing to work with, they were the friendliest sales people of all the jewelry stores we visited. We had bought a unique engagement ring and had a difficult time finding a wedding band to match. The ladies took the time to measure all the details of my ring, and came up with a gorgeous design! It usually would take 4 to 6 weeks to get a design like that returned, but they put a rush on it because our wedding was coming right up, Our wedding is tomorrow and we were able to pick up the ring yesterday! It is stunning!! We could not be happier. I cannot wait to display this ring on my finger and we will definitely be going back for any jewelry needs. Thank you so much, all of you, you are amazing!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my ring is beautiful again. With that said communication is lacking hard with this shop. I brought my ring to Aaron's on Feb 14th because I lost my diamond out of my engagement ring. And I wanted a diamond previously put in by quality jewelers that wasn't of great quality replaced. I was given a estimated return date of March 1st. Sounded great. I hadn't heard anything, no quote, nothing by Feb 21st I called, no answer, left a message, on Feb 27th finally got a call and fed a bunch of excuses of she was vacation, Aaron and wife sick on vacation, they had to close the shop for half a week.... still hadn't looked at my ring. Finally got a quote on March 1st.(my original est return date) The replacement diamond finally came in for me to look at and approve on Wed the March 6th. I went in March 7th said yes. Then finally 5 weeks from the day I brought in Wed March 20th I got a call at 5:11pm saying my ring was ready. Obviously they close at 5pm so couldn't pick it up until March 21st. When I got my ring and was paying for it I did state that 5 weeks was a very long time to have to wait, and the response I got was "yeah I know, but it's beautiful again." Which it is I don't deny that but it was a little ridiculous not getting any kind of discount on the labor for the extremely long wait, since Aaron himself told me it only would take 7 to 10 days to fix.... also I got no kind of credit towards the ring for the diamond they replaced and kept. So in my mind $2140.00 and 5 weeks was ridiculous. So I will not be bringing my jewelry here ever again.

Was tasked to buff the stainless steel parts of my watch. Took him 3 weeks to do a 30 minute job and completely ruined the gold plating on my watch. Said he would be careful and hand polish in-between to avoid tarnishing the gold plating. Then had the audacity to charge me 100 dollars.

My husband brought his grandmothers engagement ring to Designs by Aaron to see if it could be reset as an engagement ring for me. She was almost 100 when she passed years ago, so the ring was very old. The diamond was beautiful but needed a bit of cleaning and the basic gold setting was damaged due to age. They were beyond wonderful to work with. They helped find the perfect setting which was a set with matching band. They did such a beautiful job bringing the luster back into the stone and with the resetting giving it a gorgeous much needed upgrade. To say I am in love with these rings would be an absolute understatement. They are wonderful people that make the whole process easy and comfortable. They are very personable, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable with great quality and attention to detail and great sense of humor. Just the experience you would hope to get from a local business and why I will continue to go to them for all my jewelry needs. If you are in the area (or even willing to make a drive, it was an hour for us and worth it) and looking for a jeweler, please stop into Designs by Aaron. You won't regret it!

What can I say, Aaron and his team saved my ring! I needed a ring prong repaired..they were thin and fragile and one had snapped right off. I wanted it done quickly I dropped it off...and I got a call from Aaron saying to do it right all prongs would need to be replaced(which is what my partner and I kinda thought too because they were so thin) Aaron explained what he would have to do and how much time it would take. I was slightly worried because essentially you're placing a very expensive, important piece in the hands of another. Well today I picked up my ring, and it is so beautiful! There is a noticeable difference in the ring, it looks sturdy and so completely improved!beautiful beefy prongs. Such craftsmanship is lacking in the world, I'm glad to have found it at Designs by Aaron. Thank you Aaron and Erica and whoever else helped make my experience phenomenal.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I had a loose stone just now and Aaron fixed it right away. In the few moments that I was waiting because he was speaking with another customer, I got to check out some of his truly wonderful artwork! The pieces that you will find at Aaron's, you will not find anywhere else!
