First off the Darlings site was easy to use to narrow down the search of the vehicle I wanted! Then when I got to the lot Clay helped me look at every car I wanted, and helped me narrow down and focus in on the vehicle I needed! I am not a "car person", I know little about specific makes and models and add-ons. What I am sure of is what I do and don't want in a vehicle. I went to Darling's Used Vehicle Center with that list in hand. Reid Pelkey was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. As he showed me trucks, he listened to everything I said. He never once tried to talk me into something or sell me something I didn't want or need. Together we found the perfect vehicle for me. My new-to-me F150 is truly my dream vehicle. Thank you Reid!

I visited many dealerships, and I have purchased many used vehicles in my lifetime, And I can say that it is very rare to experience a used car dealership that actually puts the client first before the money. This dealership however, Has been an absolute delight to work with. They were able to get me into the perfect vehicle in my budget, included a warranty, filled up the tank up gas and wash the car before even handing it over. Alex was so absolutely friendly and I did not feel like we were talking to the typical “used car salesman”. It was more like purchasing a car from your best friend. Later this week I needed some assistance, and they were super quick to jump in and provided me with just over the top customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Alex. She will take care of you, I promise!

Alex was so amazing. My lady and I are give it to you straight kinda people. We don’t like games that take forever and betting around the bush just doesn’t work. Alex is super honest with a great attitude. She stopped what she was doing to answer a simple question and from there gained our trust. She was at and understanding with us and what we were looking for. Alex’s attention to detail was spot on and provided us withe amazing professional customer service. We understand that there is a level of work that Alex had to do to make it a seamless experience. Thank you for your great customer service and laugh’s.

I cannot say enough on how much I appreciate what darlings did for me. Where other dealers turned me away and or tanked my credit score. Darlings was more then willing do what ever they could to get me back on the road. Not only did they get me something reliable and safe.I got the exact truck I wanted for quite a while. When the time comes gain I will be going back to darlings first. Thank you again darlings you changed my life! I truly did do better at darlings!

My experience at Darling’s Used Vehicle Center was very positive. Everyone was knowledgeable and expedited the process. Extra time was spent trying to find the best financing. Reid made that “new car shopping” dread, nonexistent! I didn’t even feel like I was at a dealership, more like checking out a new vehicle with a friend.
