Every department at Darlings Nissan, Honda, Vovlo, shines with excellence. Upon walking through the door my family and I were greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. We were undecided on what vehicle we wanted. They were very patient, and let us take several makes/models out for test drives to get a feel for what our family would best be suited in. The sales person we had was exceptionally kind and patient. Our sales manager hit it out of the park with his customer service and making numbers work for our needs. The general manager was very helpful and gave us individual attention to some concerns we were going through with another vehicle (not purchased at this dealership). The finance person was a delight to work with and explained everything thoroughly.If there was an ability to give a 10 star rating I would give this dealership 15 stars. My family is very pleased with our lease and haven't been this happy with a new vehicle in a long time. From walking through the door, to signing on the dotted lines, they made our leasing experience one that will go down in our chapter of happy memories.

They are a poor dealership we bought a brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra with 1 prior owner and only had 13,000 miles n it 2 miles after we had it we heard someBanging in front end we continued to contact them for a year and a half and no success long story short our car was one of the 1/4 million Nissan Sentra with recalls on inner tire rods we took it in and they said it was rack n pinions not the tire rods they were not in bad shape at all so now we are paying on a car that’s only got 53k on it and causeing more damage to the car in the meantime do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

The guys at Darlings Nissan recent replaced my infotainment system (radio) in my car. Even though the dealership is 2 hours away from where I live it was worth it. Steve at the service desk was great and a pleasure to work with! The shuttle service was so convenient and I enjoyed talking with "Jappo" (I didnt catch his real name). Thanks again guys! The 2 hour ride home was much more pleasant with some tunes ☺️

I stopped in by chance hoping someone would help me because a Nissan Rogue rental that I had picked up from the airport was having issues with Apple CarPlay. I was facing a 4 1/2 hour drive. A sales person named Luke was very very kind. It took a while, because there was definitely an issue, but he did not give up, and figured it out. He went above and beyond for somebody who wasn’t even a customer. I would highly recommend Luke and this dealership, thank you!

These guys were so great! I started with Selden in letting him know what I was looking for. He got right back to me with one he had in mind that checked off all my boxes. Went in to test drive it but Selden was tied up in meetings and had Brian take over. Brian was super friendly and easy going. Because of his honesty and no pressure approach I was able to drive away in a new-to-me vehicle that I love! Highly recommend them!

I just bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The staff were excellent and I was treated as a valued customer. They were forthright and honest about the details of my purchase. Really great place to buy a car.

I am very grateful to everyone at the Honda dealer Mike Jim I deliver mail, so my car is a huge part of my job and I had such an extreme exhaust leak. It was really starting to affect my health and in this cold, it’s very hard to ride around with the windows open but that’s what I had to do. These guys are great and nobody will touch my car but them from now on.

5 weeks out for a service. Online booking never works. You select the dates they have available listed on the site and it turns out they’re booking 5 weeks out. Why have that as an option if it’s never correct?
