I asked to see some rings but really didn’t know what I wanted, and also wasn’t sure about sizing. They were so helpful and so patient and picked ones that they thought would suit me or just that they liked. It was really fun, it felt like I was shopping for a friend. I ended up coming home with two of their picks!”

I always find what I need when shopping for gifts. My main complaint is that there is not enough plus size apparel on hand and I would purchase far more here if that weren't the case.The employees always offer to order online for me. “My husband and I are not regulars at Zumiez but I recently decided it would be fun to try skateboarding. We walked into the store once very briefly to get an idea of how much a skateboard would cost and were greeted pretty much immediately. After having seen some prices and because I was feeling iffy about buying a board we left to walk around the mall but ended up going back in the store to look some more and were again greeted by staff. The store manager (I don’t recall her name), was super friendly and helpful. She shared a lot of information with us and helped me pick out a board and let me know I could come back any time with questions or for help with the board. Great experience.”
“Not always a fan of big corporate stores, but then people like Kaitlyn, at this Old Navy, remind you how wonderful of an experience it can be. Had to return an item I really loved, due to a defect, but couldn't exchange it as there were no more. She returned it and ordered one to be delivered to me. Her professional and kind demeanor were so appreciated and reflect so well on this store and its employees. Pleasure shopping here.”
