I have used several garages in the past for things like ball joints tire mount and balancing and there is one thing they all had in common high prices. Union street Automotive is nothing like them I called last week to schedule an appointment and was able to get in yesterday morning Monday and the price she told me on the phone was What I paid.³³That doesn't happen for me usually another 20-40 bucks is added on.I called around to check mount balance price per tire every one Else wanted 30-50 dollars per tire on top of the price per hour for the mechanic

Well to start off they were actually really nice and great at first! There was a problem with my shock on the right side, my dad had sent up the parts for both sides which were dealership parts, and they had charged me over $500 for the service. The front desk guy looked at me and said he would never fix my car again. When they had fixed my car for the shocks the wheel bearing was replaced as well, they “fixed” the problems and I went on about my life up until 3 months after when tire specialist had told me that my wheel bearing was broken, I get that checked out and they had pushed the wheel baron on the spindle wrong and damaged the entire right side. I’m the end I had to pay for another wheel bearing to be fixed. Shortly after I had a mechanic look over my car and he noticed that my shocks were never changed and yet I provided the parts and paid for the service already. I would not recommend there is some people who work there who are very nice but they do not so good work.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Best experience I’ve ever had with a garage! Couple weeks wait to get in their schedule but it was well worth it! They had my car done and out in less than a day, no hassle!

I've used their services for new tires, wheel bering replacement and total replacement of emergency brake system. Prices are the best I can find The service is also the best I can find in this and many other areas. Employees are very polite and helpful. It's my place to go when my cars need mechanical work. this rating is based solely on customer service as I was unable to get an appointment in a time frame I needed. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite very well spoken and was completely upfront and honest about the time frame he was working with. He wasn't able to get my vehicle in for a while as there were many cars ahead of me which tells me they're better at what they do then most. if I had more than one vehicle I definitely would have waited and gone here.

A few years ago I took my Volvo in for service and was told by the person at the counter that that they don't do German cars. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! It's pretty bad when you obviously don't know anything about automobiles. I drove a mile out Union St to Midas and have been going there ever since.

Cheapest rates and was in and out. Called a few places shopping around and they were by far the cheapest rate and they did great work. Would recommend this garage over any other place in Bangor.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We needed a car repair on our way home from Acadia. We called shop after shop with no luck, but Don and Josh at Union Street answered and fit us in.They did the repair fast, right, and for a very fair price. They were honest and friendly and very helpful. They got our car back in road shape faster than we expected and kept us informed the whole way.There is always some anxiety when you need to get your car repaired, but if you go here, you can trust you'll be in good hands.

Always quick, friendly, and their prices are fair. Never been ripped off here like I have at other places. They don't take advantage of the fact that I am a girl like many in my experience try to do.

I could not be happier in the level of quality and professionalism of this outfit i dropped my van off st 8:00 and they had a full set of tires, and breaks done by 12:00. I am in the service industry and my van is my office space i would HIGHLY reccomend these guys!
