SAFETY RISK AT GAS PUMP: the gas pumps at this hogan rd Irving location use Automatic Fuel Nozzles with an Auto Shut-Off function. When the auto function doesn’t work, as was the case today, everyone’s safety is at risk especially when the gas overflows due to an unexpected malfunction (the gas could have ended up all over the customer’s clothing with negative consequences). This gas station needs a safety inspection & they need their nozzles replaced to avoid a dangerous incident like the one I witnessed at this location. Irving may have avoided a lawsuit this time, but they may not be so lucky if this should ever happen again.

The managers at this store were very rude. while trying to get cash back, I was talked down to and talked over like I was taking up precious time and being a burden. I left the store feeling uncomfortable. Anytime I go to a store I try to be polite and be quick as possible so that I don’t take up any un necessary time and get out of the way for other customers, so I know that it wasn’t anything I had done for them to treat me and talk to me like I was a peasant

I got a hot chocolate and there was little pieces of plastic all through it probably swallowed some I took two sips. I have a video too. Smh and I’m trying to call the number to complain and no answer I would love for a manager to respond to me asap!!! Unacceptable

My experience here last night was great! The cashier was very polite the whole time I was in there, and when my girlfriend got a sandwich, he pointed out the one she grabbed looked a bit grey and grabbed me a new one, I'm grateful for his great customer service! Give this man a raise

This place makes there own policy not corporate standard you should scan all ids it’s federal law whether it’s paper or plastic your not and officer to chose or say I can’t take out of state paper Tn gives paper before plastic google it. Also when there a concert don’t shut your bathrooms to the public I taught you were all about rules and policy and it don’t say shut restrooms down or don’t take I’d because you don’t think I pass scan it and do your job

Been going to this place for a few months. Theirs always employees just standing around doing nothing. I've asked about restocking stuff for over a month. Then this morning Theirs is 4 doing nothing as usual. And they ran out of milk for coffee. So I ask for it wait almost 5 minutes and none returned. So I ask someone else to get it an she just stares at me like she doesn't speak English. (2nd time) so the manager comes out an says I'm being mean.. and kicks me out of the store.
