I have used Chapel Hill floral for many years. Flowers for my daughter's piano recital for her and her teacher have added up over the years.
I had always been able to choose my flowers, but, when I went in last week, I was told I could not pick out my selection. The man rustling at the back counter was derisive and the woman at the front of the store was dismissive and unhelpful. I'll be going elsewhere

I ordered 6 weeks in advance only to be told that the 'new employee messed it up and we can't help you' 1 week before I needed my order. Terrible customer service. Rachel was unapologetic and didn't care at all, and blamed others.

I am beyond appreciative of this Floral company. They are efficient and responsible! Order was delivered first thing in the morning without any hang-ups. Flowers were beautiful; recipient was happy!
