“Last night we arrived in Maine. The company we booked with Alamo was out of cars for several people that were stuck. They sent us to Avis in hopes of getting a car. It was a disaster. We got a car from Avis. This review is for Rico working that night. He kept a positive attitude working with all these upset people and never lost it. I would highly recommend this employee he was a pleasure to work with even give the awful situation another company caused.”
