5 stars. Activate, pay and close account easily online. Bring your own lock. Convenient to Bangor, Glenburn. After we broom swept clean unit, our deposit was returned to original form of payment within 3-5 days. Thank you

Stay away.Extremely poor facility. Cleared out and disposed of most our items with virtually no notice.They didn’t follow any of the laws regarding notice. We had been customers for years.

Just got my stuff stolen recently and trying to reach out to management is impossible! Makes me think they are in on it! Don't waste your time or money just to have your units broken into and have no calls returned to you or the police to help get camera footage they have!I don't know how to reply to the owners response but to clear some things up my phone was not out of service and I did not request shelves. The police as well as I have had a hard time reaching you, it always goes to voicemails. We have also reached out through email too. Thank you for refunding our payment.

I got a unbeatable price on a storage unit that I have had for close to 2 years now and have never once had an issue. My belongings have stayed dry and not been damaged in the unit. I have never had an issue with the weather such as snow or rain getting in my unit. It's always been plowed in the winter and I always felt safe there when I was loading and unloading things alone. I really enjoyed renting completely online as i relocated across state and couldn't of come in person to begin the renting process. I also enjoy the automatic payment option so you never have to worry about missing the bill. Dont judge a book by its cover, there are more flashy facilities but this place really has what you need to get extra space in your home or hold things while you move at a price you most likely are not going to find elsewhere. I highly recommend.
