The best thing about Aspen dental is I found Stillwater dental Associates. Last monday went to Aspen dental on Stillwater. I have beeen their customer for over 2yrs and paid over $3000 to them. Anyways I went there at 9 am told them I was insevere pain and needed help. They told me they couldnt help, Could not even give me a time to see them. Even though they have a sign on thier door that says walk ins and emergencies welcome.I called Stillwater Dental and they said they could see me that morning at 11:20. They were great. Gave me a prescription for pain which helped the infection. Yesterday they pulled my tooth. So I will thank Aspen dental for their poor service because it lead me to Stillwater Dental Assoiciates. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!!

I was an emergency walk-in (non-client) and they were very friendly and efficient. I had a bad gum infection, so extraction of two affected teeth was suggested, and I agreed. Everyone was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable, which helped reduce my anxiety. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Fast, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Got in for an “urgent” consultation nothing to help my issues only to schedule another consultation a month out and not garaunteed to get my dental work done. They at first couldn’t locate my information due a system breach, then I had a quick consult to confirm yes my tooth is broken? I don’t understand what the point of an appointment is if they aren’t helping me with my dental work? Will be looking elsewhere for services with my insurance. Do not recommend. Every appointment I’ve had has been rescheduled, the Follow up appointment was rescheduled due to their hours changing? This was for an appointment at 11:30am on Monday? They also called today, Friday. Heaven forbid I’m in pain and need urgent help with my dental care. As a mother of 3, this is unacceptable!That was the last straw. Business is being taken elsewhere. Waste of time.

Terrible, do not recommend.Their signs say walk-ins welcome and urgent visit welcome. I had a filling that fell out and my tooth was throbbing so badly and starting to swell. They said I could not be seen at all that day, I had an appointment the next week.Only for them to confirm the tooth was broken but I needed to come back for a full X-ray. They couldn’t locate my information from a few years back they said due to a system breach. Then nothing was done to help my broken tooth. I was Scheduled for a month later to come back I get the full evaluation.They Called me today it’s friday to reschedule for my appointment Monday…due to hours changing? The appointment was at 11:30am?I declined and will take my business elsewhere. Joke of a business.

I came in today as an emergency walk-in who has never used Aspen Dental before. Everyone was amazing! I was taken in within 15 minutes of entering of the building. I am beyond grateful for how caring the staff was.

The most unorganized and unprofessional place I have ever done business with, I am surprised that they don't have more lawsuits. I had a fractured tooth that I needed pulled. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and then spend another hour Getting x-rays And a sales pitch on how I needed to have a better dental regimen. After 2 hours of wasted time, I still did not get my tooth pulled. When they were able to get me in 2 days later, the dentist broke the tooth off and left partial roots inside of my jaw. I called and left 4 different messages to have the dentist. Take another look at the issue because I was in considerable amount of discomfort. They told me after I finally got ahold of somebody. That they would call me back later They told me after I finally got ahold of somebody. That they would call me back later. I got a message that I had an appointment the next day at 2 PM. I called shortly thereafter to confirm and left a message and when I called again 2 hours later, they said that they did not have. It had been filled the next available time will be next week. This is after they overcharge me and told me that I owed more money than what they had quoted in the first place.

My family lives 2 hrs north we made an appointment via phone call with their secretary. We explained we had Maine care insurance for our son they said no problem. We made sure to clarify that they accepted this insurance and we were told they do. So we drove down to the appointment thinking it’s all set for them to tell us he can’t be seen because they don’t accept Maine care dental. Needless to say waste of time and money extremely rude when asked why I got told the wrong information over the phone she said it wasn’t me so there’s nothing I can do have a nice day and asked us to leave! Extremely disappointed
