This Walmart is always dirty. The parking lot is the worse part. You have to walk through mountains of cigarette butts and trash to get to the front door. The front door is surrounded by more of the same. The inside could use clean up and sanitation. Sadly this store has always been this way. Today was the worst it's ever been. They have major work to do.

I was in Augusta Wal Mart the afternoon of 6/13/23 and a young lady cut some fabric for me. So polite and knowledgeable. Because this is not the WM I usually go to, I didn't know where several items were. She looked up and gave me directions for four items and was so sweet and helpful.

Walmart websites all indicate Walmart is open Easter Day 2023. Drive 20 minutes to the store and it's closed. If employees are going to be immature about working on a religious holiday (and we know darn well they aren't all in church right now), they should at least advertise their store strike or closure so as not to waste everyone's time and gas money. Lots of confused people wandering around outside who also wasted gas.

Most my experiences in this Walmart are almost always on the bad side. Today was a very bad experience that sent me over the edge. I simple went in to get one deodorant before I had work around (2:15) I visited the store I had found my item fast. Then went on to the searching process to find my fastest way out. I came across one employee standing in front of a register. I slowly was walking past with my one item as the older woman looked me up and down multiple times in an obvious way. Another older women behind me that seemed to get the attraction of this employee with three items. Without being asked the employee asks said older guest if she would like to be checked out at this register to which she says yes. I quickly scooted behind her with my one item. To which she looks me up and down and yells that her register is only open for the one guest and I could go find another one. I am very disappointed with this experience I am a nice person and I really just wanted to get my item and go on with my day.

Corona virus didn't stop 2nd and 3rd shift workers from working. People who are up during graveyard shift are really getting bent over by these hours and not getting kissed.

August 20th" 2021 Friday went to Walmart in August, ME and they still did not have any wet wipes to clean your hands off with or the shopping carts handles or the seat lifts either, ever since people been mostly vaccinated!!! Also, people are "NOW" rushing and gathering up close to other shopper, strangers they don't even know in the store to reach over or around a person to grab an item off the shelves. We are still in the middle of a serious Covid-19 Pandemic here in the USA and the people are retard and ignorant to want to gather and rush in on other customers at a cash register lane. This is how the virus gets contracted and spread!!! And Walmart is doing nothing to protect its workers or its customers!!!

Typically i would say im happy with walmart but today i went in to get a key made for my car and i got to the point where they ask for your phone number and i needed some assistance and i was asked what type of key i was making so i told them a car key then they said this machine does not make car keys despite the fact that it literally says that it makes a car key im VERY disappointed and i think they should at least have a sign that tells you "we dont make car keys"

Nothing special about this place, just like any other typical Walmart Supercenter. Close proximity to I95. Ample parking spaces. Dedicated lane for pickups. Got all the items we came here to purchase.

Pay for your items at a front register within sight of the exit door and upon leaving confronted by a door monkey demanding to see your receipt. I am not playing, but waiting for the goon to grab my shopping cart, arm, or merchandise.

I do my best to avoid this store for so many reasons. Today is a great time to leave my thoughts as I stand in line for 15 minutes to check out. From the outside the parking lot is dirty, the building is worn and needs a good cleaning. Once you get past the parking lot you walk through the front doors and the smell hits you like a brick. It totally smells! The whole front end stinks... I'll even go one step further and say the front entrance smells like urine. The carts are old and dirty with traces of dirty hands. It's clear the carts have never been cleaned. I have called and spoke with management but frankly they don't care. The shelfs are never filled and the cashiers don't exist, they force you into self checkout. If you're the manager off this store you should be ashamed, your store is a disgusting smelly train wreck.

This store is the epitome of why Walmart has the vibe it does. On a few occasions, I have seen altercations between customers or customers to employees. It's recently been remodelled which has helped its appearance. The store has added more self checkout lanes and removed lanes with actual cashiers. Sadly they fail to staff the remaining lanes which can create a backup. I can also usually find the same product for cheaper online from Walmart or another retailer. One evening after work my partner and I headed over to Walmart which was the next plaza lot over to us. Everything else was closed and we were just picking up the basics for dinner. When we were checking out we ran into a coworker who had just gotten out as well and was in the same checkout line as her. My boyfriend and coworker happened to have both picked up a six pack of beer for themselves so she asked to see ID from everyone in the line. This included another person behind us who we didn't even know. She refused to sell anyone in the line (2/4 people) alcohol because I happened to be under 21. Totally not fair! Never had a problem when he's purchased beer for himself in the past. We ended up leaving all of our things on the checkout belt and walked out. I turned 21 the next week and celebrated it on a cruise. I made sure to think of her when I took a shot. And for future reference, I like vodka NOT beer!

All you have to do, is what I do. I call Walmart from the check outline, and when they say how may I help you, I simply say, get someone down to the cashier I'm tired of standing in line. Not my favorite store

This Walmart is great in comparison to other Walmart locations. The Dunkin Donuts inside Walmart is nice as well. Overall a good Walmart. Not as sketchy as some others can be.
