I made an appointment for an oil change last Monday and emphasized how happy I was that they could do it today as I waited till last minute. I called this morning and talked with Brad. He informed me i had no appointment today and didn’t even apologize for the error! Very rude. Won’t be going back there again. I know there are lots of good reviews out here, which is why I made the appointment with them. If Brad had been somewhat polite I may have overlooked it. I’m sure it won’t be anything for them but my business will go elsewhere. In fact, I called Farmingdale and Melissa was sympathetic and gave me an appointment for today at 1. Thank you Melissa! Brad needs to learn how to speak to customers.

Hey!
I came to the guys about problems with ABS and handbrake. I had my car diagnosed. All problems have been resolved. I also passed the inspection and received a sticker.
Chris was very friendly and Will was always polite. Ben solved all the problems with the car.
The guys deservedly acquired a new regular client.

I was in VIP Augusta recently for brakes, oil change and inspection. There was an issue with broken part on my brakes and a part was unable to be found for that day. But, Chris kept searching and we finally decided the part that was broken could be repaired by welding. He contacted an experienced welder to repair my vehicle that day as he knew it was my only car and after chris calling car rental companies, there were no cars available in Augusta that day!
I appreciate Chris being vigilant in finding a solution so I could have my vehicle back that same day. Thank you to not only Chris, to all the staff and technicians, welder for a professional job done.
