I came in to switch 8 lines and my home and buisness internet. 2 hours later I am walking out and everything is switched! Cut my bill in half! Mike and Wyatt were a pleasure to work with. After being with t-mobile for 2 months, dealing with sub-par customer service and poor cell service these guys have restored my faith in cell phone companies. Thank you!

I placed a curbside pickup order for a phone case because I didn't want to have to wait a week for a factory sealed box to get delivered to me. Wound up having to go inside after waiting because no one came outside to bring me my order. When I got home and opened the box for the case, I found that the front half - the screen protecting half - was missing. Went to call the store... but NOPE, there's no actual store phone number, just an 800 number that isn't helpful at all in solving an issue with a local curbside pickup order. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly unethical. If there were any other option for wireless service where I live, I would absolutely not be a Verizon customer.

They made us wait 45 minutes as their salesman upsold just about every device and accessory he could to the older folks in front of us. We finally got frustrated and got up to leave, and the fellow who had just been standing there between checking people in says, "Sorry, we're short staffed!" Well, then help us instead of standing there awkwardly while the line behind us keeps growing! We just had some simple questions about potential changes to our plan, that could've taken just a few minutes to get us helped.It's probably not even his fault, it's probably corporate policy, but if you're short staffed, why have a policy that prevents 1/3rd of your staff from actually helping customers? I'm sick of the way Verizon treats their customers, time to switch to T Mobile.

I went here to get a new phone and the person "helping" me kept following me around and didn't actually do anything to help me.I wasn't allowed to actually hold the phone I was considering in my hand, which is pretty useless when every time you use a phone you're holding it in your hand.He wouldn't stop interrupting me talking to my husband or trying to Google differences between phone models I was considering. He just kept telling me what one he'd be interested in and even said something like "if you care what I think" which frankly no I don't.I actually ended up leaving and got a way cheaper phone than I was originally interested in though so kudos for that I guess.

Some of the people that work here just want to rush you out the door. They told me a new phone would be two day shipping because it wasn't in stock, it has now been a week. This is just turning into another corporate company that's trying to cut corners everywhere they can and the customer gets screwed. I've been with Verizon for 10 years and there has always been issues with shipping phones.

After 14 years I have been with Sprint and then T-mobile took over and everything went to hell... I needed to find a phone company ?... Verizon saves the day... Matt helped me find the right person to help me... ally help me and I said I want the best phone out.. s23 ultra ... so, I got 2 of them... it was very cheap... I couldn't believe the price... from $380 from T-Mobile vs Verizon $180... once I pay off my new phone's then the bill will drop to $109... I love ❤️ Verizon... they made me feel like family... ??

My husband went in today and the gentleman who works there at the door was so rude to him and didn't even try to help and told my husband to go shopping at Bestbuy never going there again!! So rude and insulting!

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 20 years or more and have 5 lines with them regularly singing their praises when people ask who my service is with. I went into the Augusta, Maine store yesterday because I wanted to drop one of the lines, a mobile hot spot line because I don't use it anymore. Don't you think this is something they would be able to do in a store since they will happily add lines and sell you overpriced phones? Not so much. I was told to call the customer service number which means 45 minutes or more of hold time only to get someone in another country who speaks about 2 words of English and only wants to sell you something and hears nothing else. The guy wasn't even nice about it....he was eager to help until he heard the words "Drop A Line" and then his attitude changed completely. Verizon has sold us out. I think I might be overdue for a change. I will happily spend my $350 a month somewhere else. Does good customer service or really any kind of customer service even exist out there anymore? I'm losing faith fast!!!

I am still steaming from my experience at this location! One of the employees had a really bad cold sore they kept picking non stop and then touching EVERYTHING including my phone.The other employee then ended up helping me after that employee checked me in. Now this employee took their thumb and scrapped NASTY stuff off the front of their teeth and then continued to handle my phone! Pull your video footage in the store and you will see for yourself! This review is HONESTLY what happened!!!!

Ordered new phone on-line, love the phone wasnt necessary my old phone was still great but this had an amazing camera... what can i say.. thought hey make it easy take in The old ones for the amazing Trade in credit so we can ease the wait time!! Yeah not the case...Get to the store the gal didnt know how to peocess our trade in got cancelled.. call verizon we end up gling back in the next morning because Lena didn't give us a receipt we "check in" with the manager amd hmmm 15 mins later recieve confirmation that the check in happened sad. That was after we asked again to get our phones back!! Now we have been stanfing here for 45 minutes being avoided and this is by the manager. Absolutely ridiculous.Dont shop verizon augusta sketchy and dismissive not the place to beUpdate we are still dealing with this however we have had some great service from a new manager who recently moved from the south. Thank you sir i dont remember your name, i do apologize. Your time, commitment and willingness to resolve has been a great help.
