This was the worst customer service ever.I made an appointment on line, earliest appointment was two hours after i got out of work so i just went right there and waited in my car for my time. When i went in all sales people were with other customers so i waited. A man after 10 min. asked how he could help I said i had a 12 oclock appointment , he told me nope we dont make appointments who did I talk to? I told hom i made it on line through the website , he still said no not here cause we dont make appointment but anyway what can i help you with? I told him my phone that i just got here in this store wouldnt charge he took the plug and started doing something with it,told him its not the plug in or the cord its the phone i bought 3 other cords , its the phone. He then just ssid you have insurance? I said yes i think so.He starys to say you will have to call them i was like you are kidding me.. i just brough it 3 weeks ago..nope not kidding..wow thanks for nothing..I will being going to another location from now on.. this guy also said something aboit being the manager..very poor attitude for a manager.

I really like this store! I live approximately 2 hours away from the store, and I pass several other US cellular stores just to go to this one. Every time I go to the store they always have answers to my questions and if they don't they get them for me. I've only dealt with one associate from there, and that would be Miss Anderson. Miss Anderson has always been knowledgeable, respectful and kind, and in my world that goes a long ways. I think U S cellular should have more employees like her.

Tried to pay my bill in store after switching carriers. They I couldn't since my account automatically deleted when I switched carriers. I called the pay-by-phone number and was told that the store should have been able to process my payment. Instead, I was charged another $7 to process it by phone.Please train your employees properly.Also, if you're looking for an affordable carrier with excellent customer service, switch to Google Fi.

Services sucks. Miss information. After waiting for 20 minutes, someone else gets to be seen first ,even though I was ahead of him. When I’m called , they refused to serve me. Wouldn’t help me put the gadget guard protector on my apple smart watch.
