Incredible experience – thank you, Rachael! I had made an appointment for makeup for some professional photos and was disappointed to hear day of that the stylist had an unexpected emergency and wouldn't be in. The staff reassured me they would find someone working on the floor to help me out and wow! did they deliver! Though not technically in her job description, Rachael helped me pick out products I wanted to use, listened intently to any and all suggestions I had, and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. She took me back to the salon for application and each step of the way as she was applying my makeup would check in to make sure I liked how it was coming out. Everyone there that day was so nice and friendly, but Racheal truly went above and beyond. I'm so grateful. Thank you!!

I scheduled a curly cut with someone named Lisa. She had no idea how to cut curly hair and it was a terrible experience. She started by trying to brush my thick waist length hair from my crown with a fine tooth comb, I wish I would have left then. She brushed my hair straight before cutting and then spent 20-30 mins loudly correcting the mistakes she had made while layering. I expected much more for a $50+ haircut at some place that boasts about their special techniques and training on the website. I shouldn't be able to book a service with someone not trained to perform it.

Great amount of products and price ranges. Sales woman were really nice and helpful. Got a beautiful Morphe pallet for $20.

Helpful staff and clean environment. The perfume should be moved back from the front, in my opinion. The smell knocks you over when you enter.

Well, now I've seen the other side and I can't be bothered to step into a Sephora ever again.The layout, stock, variety, and staff are all excellent. Shelves and displays were fairly tidy even though there's a big sale ongoing.The selection is unparalleled and the prices are great.A lot of perfume smells happening but that's to be expected.

I moved here last year and was having difficult time finding someone who to do my hair. I’m very picky and when I find someone I like to keep going to that person. The last person did my hair for over 14 years, the one before that was over 10 years.I needed a color and went to 3 different places that just made it worse. I went to Ulta(Which I didn’t even know had salons) and found Lisa. She was so patient and listened to what I needed. She was able to give me the color I was looking for. FINALLY!I have been going back to her weekly every sense. Just as a pamper to myself to have her wash my hair and such.Great choice on my part. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. ??

Great store. Great staff. Very clean, bright and orderly. The selection is awesome! Especially for this area. Almost everything there other than the "drugstore" section. You can't get anywhere else in the vicinity.
