Paul flood in service is who I have been going through and that guy gets it done! he knows exactly what's going on and gets it done! I'm hard on equipment so I'm on my second vehicle from charlies been a 3 year customer and plan to keep it that way! good job with the service guys keep it up!

Being in the business for 15 years for another Toyota dealer in the state. I can honestly say the service was the best I’ve received.
