I was about to begin a nearly 1500 mile drive from Augusta Maine to St. Louis. I stopped at the Jiffy Lube in Augusta Maine to get my oil changed and tires rotated to find that my tires had steel belt showing on all four tires. The manager at Jiffy Lube suggested to tire places in Augusta. I called the first one to find an estimate of nearly $1200 for tires and an alignment, and that he wouldn’t be able to do it until late in the afternoon, I then called the tire warehouse and was given an estimate of $650 for alignment and new tires, and that he would be able to get me in As soon as I got there. By the time I walked about a mile into Augusta for lunch and returned, the tires were replaced, the car was in alignment, and I was ready to hit the road.. I was thrilled!

Manager and his workers did a great job. They always do their best to get me taken care of as fast as possible. Glad to see hard working people willing to do their job. I hope others appreciate them as much as I do. I try to buy them coffee or lunch for their great service

These guys were GREAT! Fixed my tire and never charged me a thing! Old Time Customer Service you just can't find anymore. I will be back here to buy my next set of tires!!!
I haven't needed them for awhile, but they are super people to deal with!!!

Great service and friendly people! Would recommend this shop to anyone. My partner and I needed an alignment and happened to pass by, so we walked in without an appointment and they saw us immediately. They were able to do the alignment right away (they were also very friendly with our dog, who is a rescue and can sometimes be skittish with new people.) The price of the alignment was extremely reasonable. If we’re ever in town again we’d love to go back!

I wish I could give these guys a 10 because they were awesome. I’ve had problems swapping out a tire for a few days and tire warehouse did it without problem or issue. The guys were funny, competent and accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys

I only needed one tire replaced, I brought some free tires I found in, they could've used them but told me they weren't safe and looked in their used tires out back and found four the size I needed! Most people wouldn't have made the effort. Thank you Tyler and Jeff!
2024-This time I need four new tires and alignment I was there for less than an hour it was really fast I didn't check for the names this time but I was really happy
