The Augusta Target is one of the best run Targets I've ever been to and I've lived all over the country. I shop target in person, thru drive up and pick up orders as well as ordering online via the app. The guest service is always excellent, especially their style team, and the products are of great quality. Target has really gone downhill. The Target in Augusta, Maine was a mess from the merchandise areas to the restroom. Just about every area had product strewn all over in a disorganized manner. The restroom floor was filthy.
This is not the 1st Target I have seen in this horrible condition.
Step it up, Target. Improvements are needed. There is a lack of care in your brand and that is sad.

Love Target. Best store in Augusta. They just need to have at least 2 or more cashier's. Currently they have 1 cashier and self checkout.

don't make your self checkout 10 items or less, particularly when there's no customers in self check out. terrible decision and i wont be back.

This is always the messiest target. Shelves either are over flowing or bare. Bathrooms are always out of paper/soap and dirty. Service is not friendly.

Normally I enjoy shopping at Target but today was very disappointing. Not one checkout line was open and only had about 3 self checkouts available. The line was so extremely long that I ended up giving up and abandoning my cart. They really could use more help.

First of all, when i parked my car i stayed in my car for a few minutes to work on an email. Next thing I know I've got some creepy homeless guy with snot running down his face banging on my window asking for money which totally freaked me out ! Once inside I was not impressed. The selection was quite subpar compared to other Targets. The food section aisles were strangely subdivided with spring and outdoor merchandise. Big problem with roof leaks-- ceiling tiles down and tarps and buckets everywhere... i got the feeling it's been this way for awhile !

I love target but twice on my last visits only self checkout and yesterday only one checkout open. Made me think they are turning into Walmart . Not happy.
