I was told if the internet service was not up to par and returned within 14 days I would get all my money back. The internet service was slow and laggy so I returned the equipment and canceled the service within a week. A month has passed and I have not received a credit for the activation fee, and was just billed for a full month of service today...

Micah, one of the managers was just amazing and so helpful. He helped me get some great deals that I wasn’t even aware of that saved me a lot of money on my bill! This is by far the most helpful t-mobile store around and I can’t recommend it enough. Shout out to Micah!

This is my second time in this store with same results. Didn't want to help. I just wanted a few prices. Was told they were pretty much out of most phones because Ups was on strike. Not sure were the good reviews are coming from but don't waste your time.

Very clean and well staffed. Reps are very knowledgeable about promos, T-Mobile for business and other T-Mobile services. Few of them even had call center experience so they understood T-Mobiles policies. Overall a wonderful store with lovely people happy to help!

Not very helpful if you have a commercial account you have to do everything over the phone with customer service. I wish I chose a different company for all my phones. Customer service was outsourced to somewhere over seas and i could not understand half of what the woman said. I asked her to slow down she was talking so fast and she got mad at me. What a joke. Horrible customer service. I am only giving 2 stars because my signal is great everywhere otherwise i would rate a 1

This location is so helpful and able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. The store is clean and always welcoming. Kora and her team make the phone process a breeze!

We switched to T-mobile the other day and were pleasantly surprised at the outcome at this location. Staff was knowledgeable and got us through setting up 4 new lines. The 5G service in Maine for T-mobile blows Verizon away. Couldn't be happier with the results.

This place has the dubious distinction of being the most consistently disappointing place I have ever dealt with. I feel compelled to warn anyone that reads this and is considering doing business here to walk away and pay more elsewhere! You will be better off anywhere else! I have been lied to, treated rudely, thoughtlessly, and poorly by numerous employees including the owner.
